| The studying of contemporary ethnic relationships is very important in ethnology research field in China, and it is also one of hot issues in the world. Among researches in ethnic relationships in China, the research scholars particularly give the importance to the relationships between Han Chinese and the Muslims who have faith in Islam.There is about57%of population in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture as Muslims who live in the regions of Hui, Dongxiang, Baoan, Salar, etc. These areas are the centre of the Islamic culture in China with regard as "Little Mecca of China". This thesis focuses on the typical field point of this area to do the research on Ethnic Relationships in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture with analysis and research on the basis of the acquired data and related literature in order to point out the objective recognition, evaluation, and related suggestions. Four field studying places are selected as Hongyuan Street of Linxia City, Hulang village of Tangwang town of Dongxiang Autonomous County, Houping village of Xinsi town of Yongjing County and Dadun village of Dahejia town of the Baoan, Dongxiang, and Salar of Jishishan Autonomous County, etc.The first chapter of thesis is the comprehensive interpretations of significance of the topic, research status, related research theory, ideas and method, reason of selecting field point, the emphasis, and difficulty of the research. The furthermore is that the related concept which is defined and paraphrased in this part. The second chapter is the necessary statement dealing with the regional history, the diversity of ethnical culture, and especially about the religious condition of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture.hi the third chapter the related suggestions were given about structure harmonious ethnic relationships in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture on the basis of research and analysis on the urban ethnical relationships in Hongyuan Street of Linxia City.The experimenting analysis of the source of the local Confucius family of Hui in Xinsi town of Yongjing County and its relationships with Han Chinese was conducted, and then the author’s own opinion was raised. The fifth chapter is the analysis based on the ethnical relationships research between Hui of Tang family, Hui of Wang family, and Han Chinese in Hulang village of Tangwang town of Dongxiang Autonomous County, and then the author’s understanding was given.The analysis on the basis of the ethnical relationships experiment in Dadun village of Dahejia town of the Baoan, Dongxiang, and Salar of Jishishan Autonomous County was made in the sixth chapter. Depending on the result of the analysis the author states his own views.The seventh chapter is the reflecting of the influential factors of ethnical relationships and the structure of the harmonious ethnical relationships in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture according to the research and analysis described above. On this basis, suggestions of the importance of fully understanding and the regional religious work, innovation, developing the regional national autonomy system, the essential of the positive role of religious figures and religious believers, flourishing the ethnical culture, promoting the ethnical minorities supplies and the development of halal food industry are raised. |
