Study On Spontaneous Mass Sports Organizations From The Perspective Of Civil Society

With the development of the market economy and transformation of social system, civil society is the inevitable stage of development in China. The most obvious embodiment of civic consciousness is that various types of spontaneous organizations emerge. Spontaneous mass sports organization is the grass-roots organization mode in the field of sports and is the epitome of promotion of sports in the constructions of civil society. This study mainly used structured interview to investigate the basic information of spontaneous mass sports organizations, motivation of participation of members of organizations, demand for fitness and social environment, background of the times, cultural tradition of spontaneous mass sports organizations. The chosen three types of organization are community residents spontaneous mass sports organization, university and college students spontaneous mass sports organization and Internet spontaneous mass sports organization. The conclusions of the study are as follows:The people’s motivations to participate in spontaneous mass sports organization mainly include:hope to obtain physical and psychological gains through the way of organized sports fitness; the growth of demand for the mass sports and diversified trend of objective orientation; meet the need of self development and social communication; social conformity and saving cost on sports. The way of organizations can divided into geographical closeness organization, work relation organization, popularity organization and internet organization. The contents of organization activities include all sports activities and extend to the activities indirectly related to sports and even unrelated activities. Therefore, when managing China’s spontaneous mass sports organizations, the complexity in defining the types of organizations, relatively big difference among different organizations, different managers’ different starting points and relatively poor management effectiveness exist. In addition, organizers generally play the core role in spontaneous mass sports organizations. Dutch treatment is the roost common way of funding source of the organization. In summary, China’s spontaneous mass sports organizations have the characteristics of spontaneousness in formation, fuzzy boundary, consistency of goal of participation, participated groups of multiple levels, and diversity of content of acidities and site and lax management.From the perspective of civil society to view the external system environment of China’s spontaneous mass sports organizations, comprehensive public service government can promote the development of spontaneous mass sports organization in the political environment; in economy, market economy advocates that the contract society requires interaction according to the social members’needs, which can realize the value maximization of mass sports activities; in organizational environment, various types of spontaneous mass autonomous organizations become the middle power between the state and individuals and spontaneous mass autonomous organizations gradually changes into the advantage of quality from the advantage of simple quantity; scientific and technological environment mainly embodies that Internet technology inspires the emergence of new types of spontaneous mass sports organizations, which produces creation significance on the middle aged and young people’s habits of sports exercise.Spontaneous mass sports organization, as the important component of China’s civil society, not only promotes the standardization of social citizens’behaviors, inspires the social citizen consciousness, but also helps form harmonious public environment of life, resolves social contradictions, forms good social and cultural environment and promotes the reform of China’s sports management system and development of political democratization. China’s spontaneous mass sports organizations face the problems in the process of development mainly including the deficiency of people, money and material resources. These sports organizations mainly meet the individuals’need and realize the goal of social autonomy of low level.
