| The subject uses the basic theory of sports science, risk management, law, insurance multidisciplinary, drawing on Chinese mountain outdoor sports risk management of existing research results, combined with the characteristics of the project and the risk characteristics of mountainous-outdoor sports, and the literature material method, Delphi method, the analytic hierarchy process, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods. According to the current situation of mountainous outdoor sports risk prevention, mountainous outdoor sports risk formation mechanism and risk prevention mechanism construction, we can research the mountainous-outdoor sports risk prevention mechanism in China. The results show the following:Firstly, The status of Chinese mountainous-outdoor sports risk prevention:our mountainous-outdoor sports management system is still in the preliminary exploratory stage. The mountainous sports management center of the State Sports General Administration and China Mountaineering Association in the management of macro regulation, guiding and standardizing its management has not been able to refine. Outdoor sports management rules, regulations, procedures to start or have been set, but the management is insufficient, needs to be gradually improve, launch and implement. Folk outdoor sports organizations disorder, difficulty of control, makes the mountainous-outdoor sports standardized road and security difficult. Damage caused by the current risk of outdoor sports legislation current situation, have not been established laws and regulations applied to outdoor sports. Mountainous-outdoor sports security system is at the exploratory stage, but it has not yet formed a mountainous-outdoor sports aid organization network, failed to establish a registration and query mechanism of outdoor sports activities travel information.Secondly, There are a lot of features about Chinese mountainous-outdoor sports risk, such as objectivity, complexity, uncertainty, measurability, potential. The risk types include:the risk of the participants, the risk of the organizers, the risk of the equipments, the risk of the natural environment and the risk of human environment. The risk causes are:the external social environment factors, internal factors of mountainous-outdoor sports and the own factors of participate in the community.Thirdly, The prevention mechanism of Chinese mountainous-outdoor sports risk is based on the risk management mechanism and legal system. The risk management mechanism should include the risk management system, security system, public service system and market supervision system. Improving mountainous-outdoor sports risk management system and perfecting legal system are the conditions of the prevention mechanism; Mountainous-outdoor sports safety guarantee system consists of the registration and inquiries of mountainous-outdoor sports traveling information, mountainous-outdoor sports aid and mountainous-outdoor sports insurance. Mountainous-outdoor sports activity guide query system and the movement technology, first aid skills, training system comprise the public service system. In order to strengthen the regulation of mountainous-outdoor sports market, the mountainous-outdoor sports management department should standardize mountainous-outdoor sports industry and should also establish the site supervision mechanism, the qualification certification system and the equipment quality supervision system of mountainous-outdoor sports. |
