Research On Theory And Practice Of University Sports Humanistic Education

Using the methods of literature, fieldwork and qualitative, basing on the paradigm of ’theory analysis-theory construction-theory evaluation’, starting from the analysis of the nature relationship of sports, culture and human, discussing on the connotation, extension, value, goal, design and implementation of university sports, constructing of university sports humanistic education theory, and attempting to practice the theory based on "YYY University", we evaluate the theory and its practice effects, further perfect the theory system. The specific research framework and main conclusions are as follows:First, the origin of university sports humanistic education. Mainly according to the university education development, uniqueness, rules and bias to clarify that the development of the university as well as the students needs humanistic education; physical education itself contains elements of unique humanities education; humanities education is originally component of the university physical education; university sports phenomenon of "heavy body, light soul","skills, light culture","weight gain, humanities light" long-stand deeply. On this basis, we put forward the research proposition of university sports humanistic Education.Second, the nature of university sports humanistic education. Basing on the analysis of the essence of sports, culture and human relations, it reveals university sports humanistic education essence, which is humanism orientation, designed carrier of university sports culture and it can immerse the cultural connotation of sports and humanistic spirit, influence student’s character on a silent affect, promote students sports cultural qualities. It aims to free and all-round development. Among them, humanistic sports view is the guiding ideology; the cultural connotation of sports and humanistic sports is the content; university sports culture is the carrier; and promoting university students sports culture accomplishment and all-round development is the objective. Third, the value of university sports humanistic education. Basing the view of students, physical education and university development, its main value contains:meet students’ reasonable sports demand, promote students’sports behavior consciousness; promote comprehensive and coordinated development of students’physical, psychological and social adaptation; improve physical education theory, improve the integrity and the system of physical education; conductive to the inheritance and innovation of university culture.Fourth, design and implement of university sports humanistic education. Its core idea is "educating people with culture", which mechanism is university sports culture immersion of the occurrence mechanism and students internalize acceptance mechanism. Its route is that to use humanism as guiding, design of university sports culture, including every possible enculturation of mental, physical factors, system and behavior culture in sports cultural and humanistic spirit, to create a character and educational environment.Fifth, evaluate test university sports education practice effect. Using " YYY University" as the pilot practice, dividing the practice process into "diagnosis, improve, evaluate" three links; evaluation methods include literature method, observation method, interview method, three hundred and sixty degree feedback method and key events method, then through analysis, comparison, comprehensive, generalization to judge the effect of university method humanistic education; the evaluation results are the efficiency implementation of university sports humanities education is well improve the students’cultural accomplishment, and promote college students free and all-round development.
