This thesis is focused on the perspective of development and utilization of user-generated content to explore new way to construct and use online educational information resources under the informational environment. Besides, it pays attention to essential feature of regeneration of online educational information resources and its influences on construct and utilization form revolution of online educational information resources. It benefits to perfection of construct theory system of online educational information resources and provides strategies for optimal utilization of internet educational information resources.This thesis includes several parts and mainly explores and discusses contents as follows:The regeneration and utilization model of online educational information resources. It demonstrates the regenerated feasibility of internet educational information resources on the basis of statistical analysis on internet forum. It constructs regeneration and utilization model of online educational information resources, that is, when users utilize information resources, they are commenting on and complementing resources and new generated resources come into being. Therefore, online educational information resources have been enriched and form secondary, third regenerated resources and this circle will keep going. Subsequent users of resources not only can get the original resources but also get complementary regenerated resources those previous users of resources created, which form utilization of regenerated resources. Regeneration and utilization of information resources initiate construct form revolution of information resources. It also compares effect size differences of users’ behavioral intention on which students’ respective variables of different groups of value evaluation make. It constructs structural equation model that learners’ role shift make influence on themself and studies relationship between learners’ behavioral intention and independence of internet, usefulness of internet, self-distinguish. It analyzes the influences that users’ participation in regeneration of information resources make on utilization of regenerated resources.The regeneration and utilization model of online educational information resources this thesis constructs breaks through view limitation in present studies that consider users generation content as original resources. It provides theoretical basis to instruct users’ participation in regeneration of online educational information resources and users’ utilization of regenerated resources. Therefore, it constructs utilization mechanism of regenerated resources. It combines Cognitive Flexibility Theory and applies method of quasi-experiment to provide theoretical foundation for constructing utilization of regenerated resources.
