The New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Development Plan points out that artificial intelligence has entered a new stage of development.Information technology courses have natural advantages and unshirkable responsibilities in promoting programming and artificial intelligence education.With the introduction of the new curriculum standard of information technology in senior high school,the curriculum of information technology in junior high school is bound to face reform.From the perspective of educational resource science,the realization of any human goal requires certain resource conditions.How to establish the training goal of information technology curriculum in junior high school in the intelligent age and optimize the allocation of curriculum resources has become an important subject for the cultivation of talents in the intelligent age.Through combing the literature,it is found that some scholars at home and abroad are paying attention to the allocation of curriculum resources.They study the main body,content,process,supervision,evaluation and other links of allocation,and have a lot of valuable experience and suggestions for the allocation of curriculum resources.However,the research on information technology curriculum resources is less,and the allocation of information technology curriculum resources in junior high school is very little.Through random survey of Zhuzhou,Changsha,Hengyang some junior high school schools and interviews with relevant leaders and teachers,we found that the information technology resources failed to meet the objective needs of junior high school,including knowledge target demand,skill target demand,ethical target demand,curriculum resource allocation,human,material,resource,policy resource security.Therefore,from the perspective of educational resources,the following resource optimization allocation strategy of junior high school information technology curriculum for the new era: 1.Enhances the understanding of the main body and improve allocation level;2.Improve the target system and provide allocation basis;3.Strengthen resource development,improve resource efficiency;4.Optimize support policies and provide allocation guarantee,etc.
