Research On The Development Of Online Educational Information Resources

According to the rules and conclusions, building the dynamic development and utilization of resources model. According to the model, from two aspects of user and platform, discuss the mechanism of resource dynamic development process.Then, through comparing the different platform of resource dynamic development process of the similarities and differences. Finally, according to the laws of the process of resource’s dynamic development and the results of comparing, provide some strategies to optimize resource development process.The following rules and conclusions are drawn:the dynamic development process of resource consists of peak period of mutation and smooth evolution period; although resources construction together by the masses of users, but a few people made the most contribution; the short period of time after resources created is the golden period of resource development, the quality of resource are improved rapidlyfusing concept of SNS and data mining technology, intergrating some platforms to wiki such as Microblog、IM and so on; the construction of resource made by organizer, key and general staff; we should control the role of core staff, make every learner can relatively equal output of their own intellectual resources, encourage each learner’s learning effect maximization; in order to meet the material and spirit requirement of learners, we can use money, integral, rating, user ranking and different permissions and other means to stimulate the learner’s construction enthusiasm, leading to resources, nice and fast development.Thesis through the research on the laws of the development of education information resources through the network, user motivation and behavior research, the platform technology and mechanism research, can change the current resource construction perspective, can provide model, method and strategyfor the construction of education information resources under the network environment. Provide optimization strategy for resource development, and thus produce more high quality by the teachers and students to build high-quality network education information resources.
