Globalization, market, information technology soon changed the social environment, cultural environment of ideological and political education in the past, but also the ideological and political education is facing " failure " of the crisis. In an increasingly diverse student ideas, personalized era, mandatory management with this one-dimensional theory of indoctrination increasingly exposed its shortcomings. Secondly, combined with practical experience in a specific ideological and political education of college students from the leadership and guiding mechanism, operation and supervision mechanism aspects, teaching and accepted mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanisms, security and early warning mechanisms, evaluation and feedback mechanism is proposed to improve the program.
