The purpose of this study is to investigate into the factors influencing the University admission system between the China and Thailand of problems on the affecting students’ rights to education with the aims to ascertain and to explore the difference between problem of central university admission and direct university admission system in Thailand, how to explore the impact on the effect of the Thai students’ rights from the O- NET, GAT, PAT tests of students exam. In Thailand the system has several tests there was O-NET,GAT, PAT tests aimed at measuring Matayom VI Thai students’or grade 12 for studying at higher education.To address the purpose of the study; the following research questions were posed:· What are the Thai students’rights to equal education on central university admission system by getting scores from the O-NET test, the GAT tests and some fields from the PAT test?· What is the difference between problem of central university admission and direct university admission system in Thailand?· Why many universities in Thailand have been facing crises in their direct admission system?· Why the direct admission system has the problem of education inequality?· What would be possible factors that university admission system to be revamped?A mix methodology was employed in this paper study, with both quantitative and qualitative methods serving the different purposes. A focus group was in-depth interviewed from the Thai educator opinion, Thai 1,134 students from Thailand who volunteered to take part in the survey. Though the summary of the descriptive statistics showed that majority of the respondents face problems affecting the Thai students’rights the University admission system in Thailand.The agreement about the university admission system has affecting students’ rights to education. Interestingly 61% indicated that agreement the university admission system had affecting students’ rights to education. There was students 37% indicated that agreement the Grade Point Average GPAX from high school was reliable. The largest number of the students 51% indicated that agreement the O-NET was reliable. The number of the students 477 or 50% indicated that agreement the GAT test was reliable. The number 459 students or 48% indicated that agreement the PAT test was reliable. Interestingly more than 630 students or 64% indicated that agreement about the direct university admission system in Thailand has affecting students’ rights to education.Other factors were considered by the students in the research survey, as rather the social gap an overhaul of university admission criteria after finding the current screening incurs unnecessary expenses and causes inequality among students. There are also problems with the quality of Thai education and affecting students’ rights to education.China and Thailand represent two different approaches to education, both China and Thailand have engaged in comprehensive approaches to college admission system reform. Reforms in the two countries do not concentrate only on certain aspects of education. It is interesting to compare some of the common features of the two countries; reform in the two countries has given researcher a good opportunity to observe two system of the national university admission, both strong in international comparison and assessment.
