Throughout the history of the teaching reform, past and present, each big teaching reform are the innovation of teaching concept as the guide, the concept is the precursor of action, the innovation of idea inevitably leads to behavior change and behavior change inevitably depends on the renewal of concept. Now our country is in a critical period of development, the period of education and teaching is facing huge development opportunities and real challenges, to seize the opportunity, meet the challenge, must pay attention to idea innovation, give full play to its value and the concept of innovation, especially to guide the teacher brings along the changes of action in the concept of innovation, promote the development of the quality of education. Based on this, every teacher only set up the teaching development view that can adapt to the demand of times development, can stimulate the active participation of teachers and students,can drive the teachers’teaching development view,the strategic goal of education power can truly implement.Symbiotic teaching development view jointly built the development needs of society, teacher, student and the development advantage of society, teacher, student into the teaching system,and to promote it become the core concept of teaching development view,in the need of the society that without loss of the subject,nor from the subject on the basis of social needs, set up the only society in where teachers and students get coexistence, co-prosperity and symbiotic harmony,only teachers and students can float in the sky because of the symbiotic passion,only stimulate a vigorous vitality in symbiosis,the teachers’teaching view can guarantee the quality construction, to guarantee the teaching concept of development get the quality construction in the world of teaching subject’s behavior,to stimulate teachers’ and students’ teaching initiative under the symbiosis concept, bring the leap and development about the teachers and students’ teaching practice.This study based on the main concept of symbiosis perspective to explore the construction of teachers’ teaching development, the development of teachers’ teaching development and the implementation of teachers’ teaching development, in particular, The study including four core contents:one is the teacher’s teaching development view is an organic system, the study from the standpoint of the system theory and cybernetics theory to analyze the concept and the connotation about the subject symbiosis teaching development view, and on the basis of combing the formation mechanism to build up the theory model of teachers’ teaching development view. The second is to scientifically construct the internal structure of teacher’s teaching development view, teachers’ teaching development view as the implicit concept system, what elements are involved in that? How the relationship of the elements of the structure?How about the development degree of the combination of Front-line teachers’symbiosis concept and the teaching development view? This a series of problems may not only affects the teaching development view’s growth, also is an effective means that can found existing problems about teachers’symbiosis teaching concept.Third, Construct the concrete structure on the basis of the analysis of the empirical analysis abort the teaching development view, has been clearly analyze the consists of the subject teaching development view,there are five core subsystem, namely the subject symbiosis teaching value view, the subject symbiosis teaching quality view, the subject symbiosis teaching subject view, the subject symbiosis teaching process view and the subject symbiosis teaching evaluation view.the five subsystems is not only a main body of symbiosis, this is the foundation of the follow-up study of subject symbiosis teaching development view.Four points of each subsystem is the plate structure, mainly focus on the main body of the subsystems of the symbiosis about teaching development evolution, development of comb, in-depth interpretation of the core concept and inner meaning, the path generation system illation, tentative exploration of the practice strategy. On the basis of the complete subject symbiotic subsystem of teaching development view, five subsystems are in the subject teaching development symbiosis, on the basis of optimizing generated, actively promote the evolution of teaching development and effective implementation. Specifically, the research content and research value of each part in the following aspects:First, the relevant research results in this study to teacher teaching system on the basis of combing, especially in the teachers’ teaching view of theoretical foundation, the core ideas, the concept system, the generation mechanism, on the basis of in-depth analysis, established the main body of symbiotic research Angle of view, has been clear about the main body symbiotic development of construction ought to be as a teacher teaching orientation, as a subject and foundation to interpret the concept of symbiosis of teaching development connotation, the representation form, the formation mechanism, construct the subject symbiosis theory model of teaching development. Subject teaching development of symbiosis theory model which emphasizes organic combination of the subsystems of the teachers’ teaching concept, the teachers’teaching values,the teachers’ teaching quality, the teachers’ teaching subject, the teachers’ teaching process and the teachers’teaching evaluation, the five elements system are in the optimization and the combination, at the same time stressed the five subsystems to the optimization and get the symbiotic evolution in the whole system development process, namely teaching development in symbiotic system, symbiosis, symbiotic environment evolution and the generation of system. The study abort the theoretical analysis and model construction of Symbiotic teaching development provides a holistic analysis methods and the research framework.Second, this study with the method of empirical research, use the integrated methods of field research, questionnaire,in-depth interview, case analysis and other methods, combined with statistical analysis and other technical means, through the empirical search about the cognition situation and the understanding situation about subject teaching development view of the teacher in frontline, and on this basis to the status quo analysis and difference in contrast, established the structure of subject symbiotic development of teaching system, namely the five core dimensions of subject symbiosis teaching development view, it has become the basis of further research in this paper. There are five modules of subject Symbiosis teaching development view, respectively is:subject symbiosis teaching value view, subject symbiosis teaching quality view, the subject symbiosis teaching subject view, symbiosis symbiotic teaching process view, the subject symbiosis teaching evaluation view. Symbiosis in this study established the foundation of the subject teaching development view, on the basis of the five core structure, the research use the descriptive statistics analysis, the statistical analysis and the correlation analysis, based on the analysis, not only confirmed the rationality of the five dimensions of itself, further analyzes five aspects of cognitive situation of the first-line teachers in basic education stage, found that most of the front-line teachers have spontaneously generated the idea of the subject development view, but has not formed systemic symbiosis philosophy, not to construct the systemic symbiosis philosophy and let the symbiosis concept and the life of own systematic teaching to combined, also failed to effectively and actively guide the teacher’s own teaching practice, teaching behavior, promote the co-construction and symbiosis between teachers and students practice, thus unable to make the teaching idea in the best of the kinetic energy on the teaching behavior motivation.Third, the research of the subject symbiosis teaching development view, on the basis of validating the concrete structure,constrct the system of subject symbiosis teaching value view, subject symbiosis teaching quality view, the subject symbiosis teaching subject view, symbiosis symbiotic teaching process view and the subject symbiosis teaching evaluation view. The four subsystems have carried on the organic construction, to ensure that various subsystems of the development view of teacher’s teaching get the optimization.In the study of the subject symbiosis teaching values view, evolution and construction as the core,the research analysis the history of subject symbiotic teaching values, construct the system of the subject symbiosis teaching values view,constrct the generation mechanism and evaluation system of the subject symbiosis teaching values view, and from the generation of the concepts,the path of the cultivation of the teaching value to seek some countermeasures for constructing the reality of subject symbiosis values view. In the study of the subject symbiosis teaching quality view, evolution and generation become the center,the research clear the deepening process, the generation mechanism, the evolution,the generate path and its practice operation system of subject symbiosis teaching quality view. In the study of the subject symbiosis teaching subject view, evolution is the center of gravity, the research analysis the development process,the logical direction,the path representation form and the practice of subject symbiotic teaching subject values. In the study of the subject symbiosis teaching process view, with the formation and transformation as the purpose to explore the historical evolution and the variation of concept, the basic idea and rational appeal, symbiotic dimensions and basic model, and then put forward the application prospect of the subject symbiosis teaching process view. In the study of the subject symbiosis teaching evaluation view,with the evolution and construction as the goal, by comparing the situation and the historical choice times of the subject symbiosis teaching evaluation view,analyze the core of the concept of the subject symbiosis teaching evaluation view, focusing on designing index system of teaching evaluation, locate in the actual construction of the subject symbiosis teaching evaluation view.The research of subject symbiosis teaching development view based on the five elements, the construction level and the development level directly decides the implementation may and implementation level,so the quality construction of the five elements become the focus of this study, is the subject of this study.Fourth, the foothold of this study about the subject symbiosis teaching development view is the view’s deepening and the implementation mechanism, the construction of the subject symbiosis teaching development view cannot leave the optimized development of the subsystems, but the development of the subsystems of the evolution does not directly show that main symbiotic beyond and implementation of teaching development, the construction of the overall need some optimization,and need the organic integration about the all part, in order to achieve the symbiotic effect of the sum of the parts is greater than the whole, the key is to promote the integration of subsystems, the most important is to promote the evolution of the transcendence of subsystems, ensure the implement of subject symbiosis teaching development view, This part of research around the "symbiosis",in the process of the integration of symbiosis of subject symbiosis teaching development view, the symbiotic system is the basis of the transcend and evolution about subject symbiosis teaching development view, the symbiotic mode is the key of the transcend and evolution about subject symbiosis teaching development view, the symbiotic environment is the important external conditions of the transcend and evolution about subject symbiosis teaching development view,the three part of symbiotic system indispensable, organic unity, mutual guarantee transcend and evolution of subject symbiosis teaching development view, and the dynamic mechanism, coordination mechanism, auxiliary mechanism, security mechanism and monitoring mechanism is the symbiotic mechanism to ensure the realization of subject symbiosis teaching development view.In teaching system, teachers and students’ development is closely connected with the teacher’s teaching idea,the change of teachers’ idea can change teachers’ behavior,the influence of teachers’ conceptions of changes to its behavior is very profound.Face up to the teachers’ self development needs,all teachers should let their self-identity, self-understanding, self-development and the students’special characteristics, unified development needs in the long-term development of the political economic and social need, it is the era of "symbiosis" attribute, it can help to establish the subject symbiosis system.The subject symbiosis system can help teachers improve teaching enthusiasm.improve teaching enthusiasm,improve teaching initiative,improve teaching quality,and have a positive effect on growth and development of students.The consturction of the subject symbiosis teaching development view relates the success or failure of the reform of teaching,realtes the achieveing of the goals of teaching,is the core issue of human’s development and social development’s the new attempt of idea symstem to promote teachers and students to develope,is the inevitable choice for symbiotic era.
