The teacher is the organizer of the classroom teaching work,the leader of the teaching activity,plays an important role in the German tree man.With the continuous development of society,the teacher Group and student group are constantly changing,and the form of teaching concept and corresponding teaching behavior will be constantly changing.Therefore,only by constantly updating their classroom teaching concepts can teachers cultivate students ' key abilities and essential qualities in their teaching activities,and can they cultivate elite talents who meet the requirements of the development of the Times.Based on the above background,this paper takes the teacher's view of teaching process as the focus of investigation and analysis,summarizes and analyzes a series of languages and behaviors that can reflect teachers ' teaching concepts in the teaching process,and finally summarizes the realistic situation and existing problems of primary school teachers ' view of classroom teaching process,and finds out the influencing factors.Therefore,this article takes Fuzhou three typical primary school teachers as the research focus,takes the questionnaire survey,the individual interview,the classroom observation and so on concrete research means and the method,through the three mutual confirmation,summarizes the conclusion.The aim is to optimize the teaching process and improve the implementation effect of teaching ideas to provide their own reference.There are four conclusions in this paper: The classroom teaching process of primary school teachers is ahead of the teaching behavior;the classroom teaching effect of primary school teachers is not consistent with the effect of the concept level;There are subjective factors that affect the view of teachers ' classroom teaching process: age,teaching,education,title,personal ability,subject type,etc.The objective factors are:national policy,school culture,teacher evaluation Mechanism,student individual difference,parent education concept;The ideal "teaching process view",which conforms to the actual teaching and can realize the educational goal,includes the following criteria:first,the teaching effect of "belief level" and "use level" is basically the same,the second is to benefit the formation of students ' core accomplishment and the cultivation of thinking quality,Third,with students to grow into talent,teachers professional literacydevelopment complement each other.
