We will make the cultural life, income, expenses, communication and love, marriage, family life as the modules to study. By surrounding the above outlined in this period of university teachers’ daily life, and to make a reflection and evaluation, to provide historical reference for the development of the current university teachers. Among them,In the introduction part, from "Fang Hongjian" daily life as the breakthrough, first introduced the origin of the study, the value of the research, the present research situation, in order to provide basic data for the explore innovation, while the reference and research method, data explanation and definition of the concept, theory are useful to the analysis path in this paper.Chapter one University teachers:the rise of a new group In the late Qing Dynasty of the occasion, university teachers as new groups appear and grow. This chapter first discusses the university teachers as the new group relying on the university environment for survival, must shoulder the responsibility of teaching, research and extension. At the same time, the characteristics of this new groups, such as area, schools and departments, family background, education, gender, age and so on have analyzed.
