The social transformation of contemporary China is the core of the transformation of people and the modernization of man. firstly transfering the" people" to"matter", education is the important way and means of modernization. Therefore, The transformation of education is the inevitable requirement of social transition, and the vocational education is an important part of the educational system. In the background of macroscopic, whether it is the change of industrial structure or the change of employment structure, as well as the education fair, with person text and other aspects requirements vocational education value regression, are required to have corresponding vocational education system. the development of sports occupation education is not only the realization of sustainable development of competitive sports necessary means, is the premise and guarantee of the" National Fitness Program" smooth implementation and the development of sports industry, but in the present, the trouble of sports occupation education’s quality calls the innovation and perfection of physical occupation education system. Along with the market economy gradually through and the vigorous development of sports undertakings, physical occupation education according to their own laws to innovate and perfect featured sports occupation education system, it not only becomes the sports theorists to think urgently and solve problems, but also has important theoretical innovation and the practical application value.The research in the philosophy of education, management and other related theories, in using the method of literature, expert interview, method to the data to collect and collat athematical statistics, and then by using the method of comparative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the combination of method to obtain the in-depth data analysis. Research thought:l.At present, China’s occupation education was formed basically consists of elementary, secondary occupation education, higher vocational education and the occupation training as the main body of the occupation education system, and the system structure the basic integrity. But the school vocational education and the occupation training wings imbalance, the system exhibits certain closed and current channel is not smooth.2. Physical occupation is engaged with the sports related, relatively stable, with an income, special work, can be divided into two categories-----sports related occupation and sports industry’s unique occupation. And sports specific occupation is conposed of sports industry jobs or positions, The characteristics of physical occupation is social, objective, standard, stability and population Physical Occupation Skills refers to the work of sports technical ability and skills, belong to physical labor category concept. 3. At present, the current physical occupation education system and general physical education system the fuzzy boundary, and athletic training from occupation, physical occupation education training of personnel quality and market demand of the anastomosis and social adaptability of the existence of the gap, the present physical occupation education cannot meet the social demand.we should vigorously develop sports occupation education. with Chinese characteristics, physical occupation education system needs the innovation and perfection.4. At present, China’s sports occupation education presents a concept of education, universities and students fuzzy special structure, legal documents failure crisis, physical occupation education system main features.5. In the period of social transformation, China Sports vocational education from a single to diversity of supply and demand further toward a market-oriented form of education from independent moving toward integration, personnel training towards human culture and shift of the faculty to further the "division" of the legal guarantee to the system.6. We should innovate and improve the vocational education system of sports to reflect the high shift and integration base on lifelong education theory, the decision of the capacity. New sports vocational education system should achieve the following objectives:Vocational Sports education, vigorously develop vocational education of undergraduate and higher levels of higher physical interface between the middle-sports career education, academic and non-degree educational pre-simultaneously with the staff; diverse school the principal, outstanding undergraduate institutions in the important role of sports career education, complete education levels, vocational training, supporting and sport, and to strengthen the training functions of the higher vocational schools, to further promote the general education and vocational education integration and coordinated development of the market school-oriented, social needs and the needs of people as the ultimate goal.7. The new sports occupation education system in the type of structure can not be separated from the parent system existence, still composed of school physical education and sports occupation training wings; in the hierarchical structure of medium occupation education by sports as a starting point in the original sports higher occupation education level, structure the framework of a application type undergraduate level, and strengthen professional master and doctoral degree. The new sports occupation education system to achieve the ultimate goal of political, economic and cultural as the support can be benign operated.
