Marx and Engels are the socialism building architects, according to the building design blueprint, some socialist countries have emerged in the world. Although these socialist countries have suffered from a variety of threats along with time, there are still many socialist countries still stand in the world, China is one of them. Marxism is our party’s guiding ideology, under the guidance of the banner, we carried out the new democratic revolution, achieved national independence, and established a socialist country. In the revolution and construction process, the Marxism not only keep its instinctive quality, but also innovation and development with Chinese style, the birth of Mao Zedong Thought and socialist theoretic system with Chinese characteristics.The practice of Chinese revolution and construction or innovation and development of Marxism theory in China, are all more or less under the contribution of education of Marxism theory, without the education practice, research of Marxism theory, firm pace of reform and renovation of Marxismeducation, there would be more difficulties in revolution and construction of China. During Chinese revolution era, our party has to learn from the Soviet Union, but also have their own innovation, take the "countryside surrounding city road", in the construction period, our party almost has no reference model, has to cross the river by feeling the stones. With the practice of revolution and construction, through the comprehensive education of Marx’s thought of the masses and leaders, the "alien" Marx theory is from vague to clear understanding to people, people began to grasp the essence and give constant innovation, and use the innovation theory to revolution and construction practice to guide China, clarifying the theoretical innovation in practice, education of Marx’s theory has experienced multiple orgasms, changing along with the practice and the focus of the work of our party, education of Marx’s theory are different at different stages. This article mainly analyzes the4climaxes since the founding of our party. The first climax was in the stage of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in this period, the education of Marx’s theory was to strengthen education through movement, and began to pay attention to the main object for education,reflecting the basic characteristics of the theory education. In Yanan period, the theory propaganda publication was diversified, and established the Marx’s theory of education school, rectificated the problems in our party, the content of Marx’s theory of education began to chinazation, reflecting the characteristics of consciousness of theory education. In the founding of china period, correcting of thinking and style of work began in our party, also the formation of Marx’s teaching system, and through the establishment of typical and the philosophy theory education and self-study in workers, peasants and military, the Marx theory was familiar to people,reflecting the overall features of the theory education. In the period of reform and opening up, facing more complicated domestic and international situation, our party launched a great discussion of truth standard to make people have a clear understanding of the essence of Marx’s doctrine, formed the Deng Xiaoping theory. in the "deep learning" of "Three Representatives ".we built our party and promoted formally proposed and practice of Marx’s popular, formed a relatively complete system of Marx’s theory of education,reflecting the pilot characteristics of theoretical education.Overall our party has learned Marxist theory at the same time taught with them,and summarized experience to improve the quality of education, and fund out innovation. Each climax of theory education promotes the more projection of the system of education, and ultimately formed the education system in the learning and practicing process. Through the analyzing of the climax of education, this article tries to seeking the law of theory education and assisting the education. The article shows that the basic laws of education, such as the logical law of history, the law of theoretical logic, subject and object interaction law, and the methodology law.Finally, this paper put forward a little prospect of education of Marx’s theory, such as the theory of education must have the main line, theoretical education should form the perfect system, and theoretical education should counter the practical problem.
