The Study Of China’s Competitive Sports Reserve Cultivation Model Under Non-government

The development of competitive sports is inseparable from the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents, the cultivation mode of sports talents has made tremendous contributions for the rise of competitive sports "in the whole nation system".However,"the whole national system" of the the era of planned economy has appeared a number of problems in the process of cultivating sports reserve talents under the market economy system,which already cannot meet the state and society’ needs of cultivating sports reserve talents in the new periodBased on the background, this paper mainly goes on the analysis from the cultivating mode in the whole national system by using the method of literature, the expert interviews method, and the logical analysis method,the case analysis method, the comparative analysis method and so on,and preliminarily master the problems encountered in the training process.Then it analyzes successful experiences from the U.S., Germany, Australia, France and Russia in the cultivation mode of sports reserve talents,hoping to provide some useful experience for our country sports reserve talentsAnother along with the Ding Junhui and Li Na’s successful cases, through their cases analysis, find that their success process is the combination of various factors,which can provide a good supplement for cultivatielopment of market economy in China, sports market opens further,and the State encourages social capital into the cultivation field of competitive sports talents, so there are Ding Junhon model of our current sports reserve talents.Through the analysis above,the author from the "non-government" perspective, based on previous research and interview experts which give some opinions,under the perspective of the "non-government" puts forward to cultivating mode ideas,there are:"combination of the school,the sports bureau,and enterprises","agent training","professional competitive sport backup talents cultivation company" mode. And demonstrated respectively, and finally reach the following conclusions:1.The three models positively respond the national call,absorbing the social force into cultivation areas of competitive sports talents.2. these three kinds of mode can effectively solve the problem of "the whole nation system"under the market economic system.3.By diversified cultivation modes, society need widely participate in the cultivation of competitive sports backup reserve talents.4.our sports market cultivation is not deep enough, occupation operation mode is still not mature enough, there are not mature occupation sports leagues,which have the effect on positiveness cultivating the competitive sports reserve talents5.we need actively explore the three modes, hoping to provide the beneficial reference for competitive sports reserve talents,and making a contribution to the development of the competitive sports..
