As the most valuable wealth and resources of our country, college students is the most active and the most innovative group, also are guides and beneficiaries for the new technologies as well as the new trends. In this world, the entrepreneurship of college students has become a powerful driving force for the countries economic sustainable prosperity and social stability and development. To encourage college students to participate in social practice, to innovate, and to venture has become the consensus of the world. At present, China is entering the crucial period and the deep-water area of reform deepening in an all-round way. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate and improve system and mechanism, to mobilize the initiative of the whole society at most, and to provide a steady driving force for the economic and social development. Entering the new century, China higher education has achieved a leaping development, realizing a change from "elite" to "popular". For the number of college students is increasing sharply, how to cultivate and utilize college students-"quality resources" well, and to make them become the driving source matching the economic and social development, is a big project.At this stage, China is faced with many uncertain factors and realistic problems while the world political and economic situation is intricate. With the gradual deepening of China’s economic and social transformation and the compression of the traditional employment space, the employment of college students is highlighted and has become the focus of the whole society. In the increasingly severe employment situation, college students should break through the traditional concept, and re-orientate the employment values, which not only adapts to Chinese macroeconomic situation and "the new normal", but also is an important path to implement the talent strategy and to promote the harmonious development of economy and society. Currently, "public business" and "entrepreneur" has been a common phenomenon in China. In this trend, college students have a strong desire to venture enthusiastically. It has been proved the college students’independent venture expands the employment channels, enhances the initiative choice of the employment mode and the occupation type, meets the diverse needs of the labor market, and shows its strong vitality. In recent years, the party and the state encourage and support the youth entrepreneurship, make it a part of the innovative country construction and the major strategy of promoting the economic and social development. The "spring" of college students’venture has arrived and its development has entered the "fast lane". Hence, a further study on constructing the new carrier, new mechanism, and new engine and new for its new normal, new features and new requirements is imminent.CAS theory holds the idea that the system is always composed of a plurality of different subjects, which as a certain "active" be involved in a process of random interaction by environment and other subjects in appropriate conditions, actively adjust their own state as a goal to adapt to the environment; Or with the help of the cooperation and competition with other subjects means, get the largest survival rights and interests in order to realize the continuation of their own interests and maximize. From an economic point of view, the adjustment strategy can bring more profits and make resource allocation problem of the whole system (group) be solved in the process of subjects" adaption to the environment. Under the perspective of complexity science, the college students’self-employment support system is undoubtedly a kind of CAS. And with the aid of CAS theory, it provides college students’self-employment support system research with a kind of scientific quantitative methods and tools to further deepen the understanding of social and economic system complexity problem. It has an important practical significance on research of college students’ entrepreneurial support system based on CAS theory, and also college students’ entrepreneurial support system itself gives the CAS theory more social background and theoretical value. CAS theory is increasingly widely used in social and economic system research. College students’ self-employment support system research set up frame system of CAS basic theory with the further study, which has become the common focus of many scholars, government, education department and universities. And the embedding of CAS theory takes the study way and path of college students’self-employment support system on new features, that needs to be further discussed.In view of this, following a research paradigm of "Problem Posing' theoretical review' Model Specification' empirical research' Countermeasures and Suggestions", this article will analyze the government, society, university, family in the role and function of college students’self-employment support system, and explore how to build a support system to promote college students’self-employment, that based on basic theory of CAS framework as the main line, and around the theme of college students’self-employment support system. Research conclusion not only makes the theory about college students’entrepreneurship perfect, but also greatly enriched the concrete application of CAS theory, providing a fresh sight of Chinese college students’employment problem study.With reference to theoretical foundation of the CAS theory, entrepreneurship theory, decision theory, game theory, economics, management, statistics and other related subjects, this article makes research on Chinese college students’independent entrepreneurial support system. Firstly, to introduce the background of the thesis, to interpret the significance of the thesis, and in this way the overall frame of the paper is clearly constructed; Based on the introduction of related basic theory to lay the theoretical basis of research; And then to establish framework of college students’ self-employment support system elements, to measure college students" awareness of the support system with multilevel grey evaluation model as well as college students response intensity of self-employment support system by introduction of economics "arc elasticity coefficient", and by means of variance analysis to clarify the cognitive group differences and entrepreneurial behavior response; For another, using the entropy weight decision-making model, to discriminate key elements in college students’self-employment support system with behavioral decision analysis, and to clear that the government financing and Household Financial Contribution are the two types of important driving force affecting college students’scientific self-employment behavior decision-making; Once more, with CAS and subjective game theory, to discuss running mechanism and evolution rules of the college students’self-employment support system; Based on CAS, to establish university students independent entrepreneurship support system; In the end, to present the research conclusion and further prospect.The thesis is divided into eight parts. The first part illustrates the selected topic background, research purpose and research significance, then provides a review of Chinese college students’ self-employment support system and clarifies the present research trend and deficiency. On the basis of the above, the research patter, method, contents and research structure are proposed.In the second part, emphasizing on the basic concepts, basic model and theory application and so on, it briefly introduces the basic theory related to this article and clears the significance of the CAS theory to traditional college students self-employed support system research. Firstly, interpret CAS theory from five aspects:putting forward, the basic concept, main characteristics, basic model and theoretical application, which provides the research angle of view for this article. Secondly, on the basis of the connotation of entrepreneurship, systemic introduced and summarized for college students’ entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship support policy. Once more, elaborate decision theory around the definition, classification, path and method; Finally, overview one by one of the basic game theory, including basic concepts, emergence and development, basic types. Nash equilibrium, analysis model. Basic theory related to this article set a firm theoretic foundation for its development.The third part, through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of college students’ self-employment, the stakeholder, support role, support needs and college students’ self-employment support system CAS characteristics, emphasizes that the CAS theory’s embedding is not only the supplement and improvement to the traditional college students self-employment, but also the concrete embodiment of this cutting-edge topic and the research significance.The fourth part mainly analyzes college students’cognition to self-employment support system and measures its response. First, we need to build a framework on college students’ self-employment support system, which is based on the survey of three different groups:college students and teachers in Wuhan, as well as the staff in the Education Department of Hubei Province, combing with AHP model to make sure the target weight of each support system, and by using the grey evaluation model, to measure college students’recognition of the support system. After calculation, at present college students’ comprehensive evaluation result towards the recognition of the support system is 5.547. The evaluation result is between clear (7) and relatively clear (5), but closer to relatively clear, which shows college students’ recognition of self-employment support system should be further strengthened and promoted. Then, by introducing the "arc elasticity coefficient" in economics to measure students’response to self-employment support system, it shows that there are different responses towards its development between 1999 and 2014. Although it’s a little bit slow each year, there is an overall upward trend. Second, with the analysis of different groups’opinions and expectations on college students’ self-employment support system, it reveals there is a consistency between the college students’cognition of the self-employment support system and their support towards the self-employment behavior. In the end, by means of variance analysis, it analyzes the cognition and support towards the self-employment behavior, which is due to the differences of background led by gender, grade, academic, professional categories, the university, family location, family income per year and parental occupation.The fifth part, with the entropy weight decision-making model, screens the key elements of college students’self-employment support system under the analysis of behavioral decision effect, further analyzes the differences that the key support system factors on college students’self-employment decision-making between key universities and ordinary universities through the horizontal comparison, and illustrates the differences that the impact of the key support system factors on college students’self-employment decision-making in different times through the vertical comparison. Under the confidence level of λ=0.99, the criticalities of five key factors including y5(government financing)、y4 (household financial)、y11 (incubation)、y9 (entrepreneurship education<colleges and universities>) and y1, (simplification of registration procedures) are key elements that influence college students’self-employment behavior decision-making, with the critical degree respectively being,μ(d5)=0.9989,μ(d4)=09984,μ(d11)=0.9976,μ(d9)=0.9964,μ(d,)=0.9949. Students of the two different universities (key universities and ordinary universities) are consistent with the identification of key elements for entrepreneurship support system, and do not have differences concerning those elements. But the importance of those five key elements in the support system does vary with the above different universities although government financing and family financing are the most key factors that influence the two groups of independent entrepreneurial decision-making behavior, and the influence of two kinds of entrepreneurial decision-making behavior is very close with regard to the importance. And compared to the ordinary universities, the influence of government financing on key university students’ entrepreneurial behavior decision is higher while the influence of family financing on ordinary university students’entrepreneurial behavior decision is slightly higher than that of the key university students’entrepreneurial behavior decision. The importance of the influence of Incubation, entrepreneurship Education (colleges and universities) and tax deduction-these three support system elements-on students’ entrepreneurial behavior decision is slightly different due to the different nature of colleges and universities. Among them, the importance of incubation and tax deduction on key university students’ entrepreneurial behavior decision is a little higher than that of the ordinary university students’ entrepreneurial behavior decision, but for Entrepreneurship Education (colleges and universities)-this support system element-has a much more important influence on the ordinary university students’entrepreneurial behavior decision. On the other hand, compared the percentage of the key support system factors that students choose between 2006 and 2014, the percentage is at a lower level, which reflects that the impact of the support system on college students’self-employment behavior decision-making does not appear and college students towards the behavior of self-employment in general tend to be conservative, and traditional routes of employment is still the ultimate choice for most students. However, compared with the year of 2006, except the two support system factors (family financing and tax reduction), the percentages of the other key support system factors in 2014 are higher than that of in 2006. It shows that college students are eager to reduce the pressure of venture through tax deduction when starting their Entrepreneurship. Their venture mainly relies on the support from the family and friends, instead of the government financing. But with the deepening cognition of the support policies, government financing, incubation and entrepreneurship education (colleges) are gradually becoming the main factors when it comes to the college students’self-employment, which is also consistent with the reality. Then it analyzes the impact that time-lag on the influence of the entrepreneurial behavior diffusion Logistic determine the impact of time delay model of equilibrium solution stability with the application of qualitative theory of nonlinear dynamic system. When delay passes the diffusion efficiency of entrepreneurial behavior in the college students will be affected. At the same time, respectively referring to the Lotka Volterra model, the research tries to build a college students’independent entrepreneurial behavior diffusion model of mutual competition and mutual dependence and analyze the important influence of the coefficients σji=σCEji(Gf,Hf,Ic,Ee,Tr) and σij=σCEij(Gf,Hf,Ic,Ee,Tr) on the equilibrium point of the diffusion model for the entrepreneurial behavior. For the mutual competition of entrepreneurial behavior diffusion, when σji=σCE,(Gf,Hf,Ic,Ee,Tr)<1, σij=σCE(?)(Gf,Hf,Ic,Ee,Tr)<1, the equilibrium point is stable. While for the interdependence of the entrepreneurial behavior diffusion, the requirements of the stable equilibrium point are σji=σCE(?)(Gf,Hf,Ic,Ee,Tr)<1, σij=σCEij(Gf,Hf,Ic,Ee,Tr)>1,σjiσij=σCE,(Gf,Hf,Ic,Ee,Tr)σCEij(Gf,Hf,Ic,Ee,Tr)<1.The sixth part, from the viewpoint of combination of CAS and subjective game theory, analyzes the operating mechanism and evolution discipline of self-employment support system for college students. First, using game theory as a research tool, it establishes the subjective game theory model for college students’ self-employment support system. Besides, by analyzing the replicated dynamic equation, the paper reveals the evolution of entrepreneurial behavioral market when two types of game player-entrepreneurial body and support body adopt different strategies:the player i adopts strategy k1, (self-employed, supported), it would ultimately form an active entrepreneurial behavior market, the other is that when the player j adopts strategy l1 (support, supporting), the entrepreneurial behavior market would gradually shrink until disappear. It also shows that, to current support system innovation, it’s much more urgent to gradually make policy support clear and improve the strength of support. Then, it applies the evolutionary game theory to analyze the impact of dual-level interaction mechanisms-government support and social support on the evolution of support system. Finally, through setting up a complex adapting process mathematical model of college students’self-employment support system, it establishes a standardized system model to describe the evolution of college students’self-employment support system, and also describes and analyzes the evolution characteristics of the support system.Based on the CAS theory, the seventh part constructs college students’ independent venture support system, and demonstrates the practical value of the supporting system with typical cases. First, with the theory of stakeholder, it presents a series of policy recommendations and the goals for all parties involved:the government to promote the students to start their own businesses, colleges and universities to build students’ main position in business and society to create a good cultural atmosphere for business, the family to form new boost for entrepreneurial drive. Then, with the purposes of the multi-dimensional interaction and adaption, and with these (the policy interaction and adaptation, fostering interaction and adaptation, guiding interaction and adaption) as the breakthrough points, it builds a new pattern of multidimensional entrepreneurial support interaction and adaption. Finally, the practical value of the support system based on CAS theory is demonstrated with a typical case in Wuhan.The eighth part summarizes the main research work and conclusions in this paper, sums up the innovative points and further points out the limitations of this study as well as the direction of further research.
