With the constant development of China’s vocational education system, increasing the scale of secondary vocational school enrollment, obviously increase the number of students and the management of student faces enormous pressure and challenges; In order to better improve and innovation measures for the management of students, improve the management organization setup and increase the efficiency of the integrated management of operation. At first, this paper uses questionnaire investigation, literature research method and statistical analysis method and combining with the analysis of related system theory model, then use Interpretative Structural Model (ISM) out of problems existing in the management of students, list the influence key factors and their hierarchy, the secondary vocational student management system of multilevel hierarchical structure model, the model of the analysis of the further study found that the core problem is the imperfection of the student management organization, the lack of response to the external environment changes adaptability; Aiming at the problems above, this article from the theory of Complex Adaptive System (CAS) perspective, using the CAS theory analysis and research, constructing adaptive stimulus-response model and the bell system model, effectively solves the problems of student management organization adaptability, operation mechanism innovation and improve the system, puts forward the better solution Suggestions; Combined with the study of complex adaptive system, this paper, can give more secondary vocational school student management work provide solutions and innovation. Finally, in this paper, the secondary vocational school students solutions to delve into management problems, combining with the results in this paper, many fruitful Suggestions were put forward, and the future research work is prospected.
