The Research On The Mode Of Innovative Entrepreneurship Education Of Technological Universities

Innovative entrepreneurship education has recently become a hot topic of the theoretical research and practical exploration of higher education in our country. In November,1989, the UNESCO held the conference of "For the twenty-first Century International Symposium on Education", the conference pointed out that, innovation education is equally important with academic and occupational education. They also considered innovation education as "the third educative passport" in the future. In 1999, our country proclaimed "the decision of deepening the education reform and comprehensively promoting the quality-oriented education", and in the meanwhile came up with the idea that "universities should value and cultivate innovation ability, practical ability and entrepreneurship of undergraduates, and promote the humanity and scientific attainment of them". In 2010, Education Department proclaimed "the opinion of pushing the innovation education of universities and entrepreneurship of undergraduates", which combined the innovation education with entrepreneurship education and came up with the concept of "innovative entrepreneurship education". It also pointed out that innovative entrepreneurship is a new mode and idea of education. In 2012, Education Department proclaimed the curriculum and teaching outline on "entrepreneurship substructure", requiring all the universities to provide the students with entrepreneurship conditions actively, including setting up compulsory courses of "entrepreneurship substructure" to all the students individually and carrying out innovative entrepreneurship education to facilitate employment and entrepreneurship of undergraduates.The research is based on the great importance of innovative entrepreneurship education in personal training of higher education. It affirms the scientific definition of "integrating innovative entrepreneurship into the process of personal training". According to the current situation of innovative entrepreneurship education in our country, by theoretical analyzing, comparing the research with actual surveys; combining with the reality of technological universities; analyzing the organizing mode and operating mechanism of innovative entrepreneurship education; digging out the cooperative mechanism of government, universities, enterprises and social organizations on promoting innovation entrepreneurship education; designing the system of innovative entrepreneurship education in universities, the research further comes up with the "five-in-one" innovative entrepreneurship education mode, which is more appropriate for technological universities. The main ideas of the research are as follows:1. Summarizes the concerning domestic and overseas document literatures; analyzes the background and importance, thinking and method of innovative entrepreneurship education in our country.2. Systematically elaborates the concerning concept and theoretical substructure of innovative entrepreneurship education in universities. Scientifically defines the concept of innovation, entrepreneurship, innovation education, entrepreneurship education and innovative entrepreneurship, further elaborates the internal logic of innovation entrepreneurship education and the cultivation of innovation talents.3. Further explores the experience and inspirations of overseas innovative entrepreneurship education, summarizes the process and situation of the development of innovative entrepreneurship education of universities in our country, and systematically elaborates the primitive experience and main problems of innovation entrepreneurship education of universities in our country.4. Analyzes different innovative entrepreneurship education modes of domestic and overseas universities, compares and analyzes the innovative entrepreneurship education modes of technological universities, which provides mirrors and substructure for innovative entrepreneurship education of universities in our country.5.
