Study On Chinese Athletics Badminton Reserve Talents Cultivation

Athleticsreserve talent is the basis for the development of sports, and theathletics reserve talent cultivation is one of the important issues to be studied in sports undertakings. This study of badminton athleticsreserve talents cultivation start the development process, to determine the impact and importance of the various factors in badminton athleticsreserve talent cultivation, and the status quo of China badminton athletics reserve talents cultivation according to various factors studied by Delphi research, identify problems, analyze the cause. Based onlearning from foreign powers in badminton athletics talent reserving experience and full consideration of China’s badminton background and development of athletics talent reserving requirements, badminton athleticsreserve talents cultivation development strategies were discussed.The main contents of this study is divided into the following four parts:1. By combing the literature, analyze, summarize ourbadminton athleticsreserve talents development process can be divided into six stages of a difficult start, contrarian growth, full recovery, system formation, rapid development and diversification.2. Using the Delphi method to determine the six factors of badminton reserve talents cultivation. Six factors were sorted according to their importance: managing institutional factors, training factors, the development of environmental factors, economic factors, social security factors and socio-cultural factors.3. Through expert interviews, document analysis and 19 badminton reserve base questionnaire, as well as case studies of four different types of badminton reserve talents cultivation unit, inductive analysis of the problemsof badminton reserve talents cultivationin six aspects in the main :managing institution 、 training 、 the development of environment, economics, social security and socio-culture.4. In the experience of other badminton powerful country’s talent reserving experience, and give full consideration to the development background and development requirements of China badminton reserve talents cultivationbased on the proposed reserve talents of athletics badminton development strategy are: to improve the nationwide system to promote and ensure badminton sustainability of the project; deepen "Combination" to ensure the comprehensive development of badminton reserve talents cultivation; strengthen scientific training, promote badminton athletic reserve talents of intensive development; further optimize the development environment, and promote balanced development among regions; perfect security system and promoting social security system, diversification; cultural advance, exploration and development of badminton culture.
