Based on the theory of sustainable development as the theoretical basis, from the perspective of the theory of sustainable development, through long-term follow-up on the cultivation of Shanxi Province Athletics Reserve Talented person, the influence of culture factors of sustainable development are analyzed and studied in Shanxi Province Athletics Reserve talents. By using the method of documentary, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method used for data collation, induction and analysis.The research draws the following conclusion:1.Athletics Reserve personnel training to establish the management mechanism of three level, forming a "science, teaching, research," as one of "the combination of training mode in Shanxi Province.2. The motive of training athletes showed a trend of diversification, for up to grade. The monthly training times, each time the normal training. The main factors influencing the athletes to participate in the training initiative is peer influence, a narrow way, the contradiction between learning and training. Medical supervision, nutritional supplements, and the contradiction between learning and training content is obviously insufficient security. 3. Coaches’gender, age structure is reasonable, scientific development degree structure contributes to the training, selection method is reasonable, the ability to combine theory and practice, the selection and establishment of competition to promote training plan, training method.4. Track and field training security status of uneven, medical personnel in the rate is smaller, for technical diagnosis, medical monitoring equipment is deficient, insufficient security comprehensive.5.Athletic Reserve talents are hard to recruit, the contradiction between learning and training, the scientific training level is not high, delivery rate problems.6. Influencing factor analysis of Athletic Reserve Talents of sustainable development mainly follow the common, sustainable, demand and theprinciple of fairness. Including the common factors; including sustainability factors; including the demand factors including fairness factor.7. Development of countermeasures are increasing investment in the cultivation of Athletic Reserve talents, strengthen supervision; strengthening the safeguard mechanism, to pay more attention to cultural, ideological education; to strengthen the business training, enhance the ability of coaches; the establishment of scientific selection, training, competition system, improve the training system of Athletic Reserve Talents of track and field; to expand the social influence, narrow track and social distance.
