| In today’s society,the topic of promoting the long-term and stable development of national competitive sports has attracted more attention.To achieve this goal,we must reserve a large number of reserve talents.The professional badminton team of our province was established late,and in the face of the competition of the cultivation speed of excellent athletes from all provinces,our province must pay attention to the sustainable and rapid development of youth badminton.In order to improve the training quality of shangqiu badminton athletics,investigation and analysis of shangqiu youth badminton training present situation,find out the problems existing in the juvenile badminton backup talent cultivation and the insufficiency,encourage training institutions to improve training methods and training methods,shangqiu cultivate more reserve badminton talents to build a good development platform,in the process of improving constantly optimized,based on the goal of sustainable development,the theory of shangqiu badminton support the sustained,healthy and good development,for teenagers badminton to develop into a lifelong sport skills to lay the good foundation.In this study,the author starts from various aspects and USES a variety of methods,such as expert interview and literature,etc.,to conduct a comprehensive and detailed investigation and research on the current situation of youth badminton reserve talent cultivation in Shangqiu city,and summarizes the following points:1.There are two types of youth badminton reserve talent training institutions in Shangqiu,one is sports school training(amateur sports school);The other is social training institutions.No matter in which training place,from the situation just seen,the number of training team members is more.Most training dates are after school and during holidays,however,most training players are under the age of 13,and after that,the number of training players is relatively small.2.Most of the badminton coaches in this city have graduated with bachelor’s degree,and few of them have received professional training,lacking perfect theoretical knowledge.Their professional titles are relatively low,and there is a big gap in age level.3.The government of Shangqiu city does not provide enough subsidies to the sports schools,and the sports schools have a single source of funds.The social training institution mainly collects the tuition fee of the training team members as the activity fund.4.The material selection system of badminton players in Shangqiu city is not perfect,and the training content is single.Too much emphasis is placed on basic training,ignoring the simultaneous development of physical and psychological qualities.5.There are only a few regular badminton competitions held in Shangqiu every year,which cannot meet the needs of young athletes to participate in the competition.It is impossible to test athletes’ competitive level of badminton by only training instead of participating in the competition.Based on the above research,the following Suggestions are put forward1.The local government should strengthen its support for these training places by giving them appropriate preferential policies or preferential systems and communicating with them regularly.2.Strengthen the cooperation with other commercial organizations and broaden the source channels of funds for badminton training by means of "you invest and I publicize".3.Standardize the coach team engaged in badminton reserve talent cultivation in Shangqiu city,pay attention to their comprehensive quality and ability,increase learning opportunities,standardize training behaviors,and improve teaching quality.4.To optimize and improve the existing training content,in addition to training personnel’s skills,it is necessary to cultivate their comprehensive qualities.5.Based on the current matches,increase the number of matches so as to improve their skills,strengthen their psychological bearing level and reserve more talents. |
