Along with the establishment, development and expansion of ideological and political education, there has been a series theoretical research achievements in over 30 years in the field of discipline construction and development and problem solving in concrete practice. These achievements involve education object, contents, methods, target, assessment, guarantee system and other related factors, and they have provided theoretical foundation and guidance to better see the situation, grasp the rule, and to solve practical problems. As is known to all, the innovation and development of ideological and political education is a complicated, integrated system. However, at present, research on the subject mainly concentrates in the ideological and political education in colleges, space theory, system theory, methodology of ideological and political education, etc. Research in the field of innovation and development mainly focused on the content, purpose, process, pattern or a single element or direction, and the study of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education is not systematic and in-depth enough. The research should be guided by the Marxist theory, focus on the ubiquitous crucial problems in current knowledge-infusion-oriented education mode that is characterized by survivability, homogeneity, and the allocation of resources. Problems such as monotonousness of education mode, trivialness education resources, lack of education content, obscureness of education theme, vague education receiver, inefficiency of educational results need to be addressed to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Based on the theoretical perspective of synergy, by exploring and researching in the theoretical basis, value guidance, principal participators, development momentum, implementation process, cultural ecology, guarantee system, development pattern of collaborative innovation in ideological and political education, we aim to build a theoretic system for synergistic innovation in ideological and political education, explore the transformation of ideological and political education to a capability-oriented modern education that is characterized by development, humanization and resources integration.In general, there are five dimensions in synergistic innovation of ideological and political education: why it is necessary, how it is capable, what is the difficulty, what to do, how to continue. Why ideological and political education need synergistic innovation is the premise of the research. The reason is rooted in the nature of ideological and political education and the existing problems in it, and the two factors make it necessary for ideological and political education to implement synergistic innovation. How cans ideological and political education implement synergistic innovation is the foundation of the research. If we analyze and research on the ideological and political education model from the perspective of system theory, methodology, logic, embryology, etc., we can provide theoretic support for synergistic innovation. The fact that collaborative innovation in ideological and political education has its development bottleneck is the guidance of research. If we can objectively sort out the existing problems in ideological and political education, we will know the target and foundation in seeking innovation and development. How to build a synergistic innovation system of ideological and political education is the research focus. The basic framework of synergistic innovation system of ideological and political education can be shown from principal participators, development momentum, process control, ecological space, guarantee system, development pattern etc. How to achieve sustainable development in synergistic innovation of ideological and political education is the key of research. We should formulate proposals on ideological and political education innovation and development from the aspect of development planning.Ideological and political education and synergistic innovation has their own theoretical basis, but there is also intrinsic connection between each other. In Marxist theory, Chinese traditional culture and the western synergistic innovation theory, there is related content to provide theoretical support to collaborative innovation in ideological and political education. Collaborative innovation in ideological and political education has rich connotation, and it includes the synergy of objectives, subject, process, space and method in ideological and political education. The internal connection between collaborative innovation and ideological and political education is embodied in practical needs and the possibility to achieve it.The value guide of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education shows the practical significance of the implementing collaborative innovation in ideological and political education. The value of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education is displayed in the appeal of integrated value, the effectiveness in synergistic practice, and adaptability in its organization. The value of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education runs through several aspects in ideological and political education which includes humanization of concept, modernization of methods, integration of resources, and penetration of function. The value and target analysis of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education include target setting principles, construction requirements, and implementation methods.To do the study of the principal participators of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education, we need to get a clear picture of the object, straighten out the relations, perceive the function, and come up with optimized proposals. Participators are divided into different categories and levels, each with its own definition. To optimize the relations of the principal participators, we should consider adjusting our conception and methods.The development momentum of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education is bound up with the content, object, process, pattern, target and other related elements of ideological and political education. The original momentum of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education comes from academic integration demand, operation adjustment demand and divergent thinking demand. The viewpoint of academic integration demand originated from the comparison of modern ideological and political education and traditional academic ideological and political education. Traditional ideological and political education cannot meet the development trends of modern ideological and political education. Therefore, it is necessary to enrich the content of ideological and political education and absorb the merits of other disciplines. Its content can be enriched from the following five aspects: citizen accomplishment and moral education, global awareness and global perspective cultivation, independent consciousness and competitive consciousness cultivation, the scientific outlook on development and ecological civilization consciousness cultivation, netizen consciousness and network ethics education. The viewpoint of operation adjustment is embodied in the plasticity adjustment between comprehensive developments of education goal and the material utilitarianism, adaptive collocation between social reality specification and the education ideal specification, the integrated interaction between characteristics of new emerging activities and the ideological education pattern. As for divergent thinking, since we insist on carrying forward our cause and forging ahead into the future, stick to reform and innovation spirit and the view of sustainable development, the synergistic innovation in ideological and political education must adhere to modernization, personalization, and scientization.The process control problem of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education is mainly displayed in three aspects: influencing factors, implementation, and function development. When we analyze the influencing factors, we need to distinguish between internal and external, horizontal and vertical dimensions, and also analyze from the two aspects of subjective factors and objective factors. The basic pattern of implementation of process control is planning-organizing-assessment, and it covers the process of plan formulation, implementation and evaluation feedback of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education. The function development of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education focuses on the seven basic functions: Guidance function, coherence function, incentive function, regulating function, development function, ecological function and transformation function. To carry out synergistic innovation in ideological and political education, not only should we ensure the basic functions, but also exert and expand the functions. Knowledge sharing for mutual benefit, optimal allocation of resources, action optimal synchronization, effective system matching are important ways to exert function effectively.The cultural ecology of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education provides good cultural atmosphere for synergistic innovation in ideological and political education. The synergistic culture in ideological and political education has its own basic core. The thinking awareness of synergistic innovation culture in ideological and political education embodies itself in reverse thinking, divergent thinking, substitute thinking etc. The general spirit of synergistic innovation culture in ideological and political education contains adventure spirit, independent spirit, tolerant spirit and so on. The action capability of synergistic innovation culture in ideological and political education is demonstrated in communication, dialogue, cooperation, coordinated development and other fields. The synergistic innovation culture in ideological and political education also has its own idiosyncrasy including inclusive coherence, open external attraction, equal orientation, sharing productivity. The value of synergistic innovation culture in ideological and political education is reflected in its vitality including descriptive ability, explaining ability, integration ability, timeliness, and creativity. There is also no lack of motivation for cultivation in synergistic innovation culture of ideological and political education, and it includes adjustment capital, eco-model, dynamic mechanism, potential exploration of synergistic innovation culture in ideological and political education.The guarantee system of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education can be divided into institutional guarantee, material guarantee, ideological guarantee, environmental guarantee, and intelligence guarantee. Specifically in system guarantee, the modernization and legalization of governance is the foundation of system guarantee. Only by adhering to socialism with Chinese characteristics can we provide a fundamental political guarantee to synergistic innovation in ideological and political education. Only by comprehensively deepening reform can we provide inexhaustible power to synergistic innovation in ideological and political education. Only by constantly promoting social equity and justice can we create high quality ecological protection to synergistic innovation in ideological and political education. Economy normalization is the material basis for synergistic innovation in ideological and political education, while the high potential value plays the role of spiritual guidance, affecting education orientation and spiritual production. The basic idea of creating synergistic atmosphere is to strengthen the responsibility consciousness of the subject, improve the perception ability of the object, expand the reachable space for the medium, and enhance the positive power of public opinion. Talent advantage is the think-tank resource of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education, and it relies on the ā€˜five in oneā€™ education model: value guidance, personality appeal, knowledge range, scientific research, and practice penetration.The research for synergistic innovation in ideological and political education development pattern is the forward-looking discussion of the sustainable synergistic innovation in ideological and political education. From the theoretical perspective, to achieve synergistic innovation in ideological and political education, we should respect the discipline of scientific development, design the reforms based on reality, should follow humanistic standard, adhere to the fundamental goal of educating people, should focus on systematic harmonization of education system, promote the integrated use of the resources, continue deepening the theoretical research, highlighting experience for reference, and should continue with the exploration of reform and innovation. From the practical perspective, we should boost the discipline development of ideological and political education, correctly perceive the dual characteristic of ideological and political education, actively explore the field of ideological and political education, and strengthen the innovation of ideological and political education.In terms of the future research of synergistic innovation in ideological and political education, synergistic thinking and knowledge innovation is the inevitable choice of modern development. Within the horizon of potential link between synergistic thinking and knowledge innovation, the important theoretical terminology in innovation system of the ideological and political education, adhering to the steering of the ideology in ideological and political education, constructing the speech system of ideological and political education in Chinese characteristics socialism, following the scientific research method and the convergence of the science and value, and for the development all the peopleā€™s all-around development, there are still many subjects to research in synergistic innovation in ideological and political education.
