Study On The Path Of Synergistic Education In Colleges’ Ideological And Political Education

Being an important part of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and playing an important role in university education,university ideological and political education is related to the fundamental issues of the quality,ways and aim of cultivating talents in universities.University ideological and political education is a systematic project related to various aspects.The coordination of all aspects and the realization of the coordinated development of ideological and political education are the main problems to be solved in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.Based on the resources of theory of resultant and synergetic theory and system theory,methods such as systematic analysis,literature research and interdisciplinary methods are used in this paper to analyze the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at home and abroad,find out the shortcomings in the study,and further study on this basis.The first part defines the concepts of synergy,synergy and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At the same time,it elaborates the specific characteristics of ideological and political education in synergy,and further recognizes the significance of synergy to ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The second part is guided by the principles of human-orientation,effectiveness,integration and extensibility.This paper analyses the main achievements and problems of the collaborative education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The main achievements are as follows: the initiative of “educating by involving all people,in the whole process and from all facets” has been implemented in the preliminary stage,ways of synergy in ideological and political education have been formed,and the effectiveness of collaborative education has initially been highlighted.The main problems are as follows: staff collaboration,departmental collaboration,curriculum collaboration,and platform collaboration.In view of the main problems of collaborative education,the causes of the problems are analyzed comprehensively.The third part is the focus of this paper.Through the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward the preconditions for the collaborative education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities: unified ideological understanding is the precondition,strengthening top-level design is the key,and improving the system guarantee is the guarantee and optimizing the environment of education.On the basis of preconditions,the feasible path of collaborative education among university personnel,departments,courses and platforms is further systematically constructed.
