Under the strategic background of the establishment of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone, strengthening the systematic research of the exploitation of the wealth of the ocean and land will have great significance and application value for dealing with the contradictions, exploring the best development model of the wealth of the ocean and land and realizing the sustainable development of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone. Based on the conjunct development of the wealth of the ocean and land, this research, which aims at exploring the best development model of the wealth of the ocean and land, uses the method of contrast analysis, field investigation and integration of theory with practice to reorganize present documents at home and abroad firstly.
