Design Of Drop-and-pull Transportation Scheme For Steel Material Distribution In DSIC Group

The steel materials required for the construction of military and civil products of DSIC group are processed by the steel distribution center,transported by the transportation company,transported from the steel distribution center to each demand site of the first and second workshops.Through field research and communication with relevant parties,this paper calculates and analyzes the problems of low transportation efficiency,high fuel consumption and high emissions in the steel transportation In order to solve the main problems in the transportation of steel materials,the author uses the experience of the same industry for reference,conducts research,studies the modern logistics management and the drop-and-pull transportation theory,introduces the theory of the drop-and-pull transportation into the transportation of steel materials of DSIC group.In the first two parts of this paper,the domestic and foreign research status and related theories of the drop truck transportation are introduced.At present,the mode of highway transportation is a common operation organization mode in developed countries around the world,especially in Europe and America.Compared with the traditional transportation,it has the advantages of high transportation efficiency,low logistics cost,energy saving and emission reduction,which is of great significance to the development of road transportation and is applicable to solve the problem of steel transportation.In recent years,the government policies continue to promote the development of our country's drop-and-pull transportation.The technology and theory of the drop-and-pull transportation equipment have become increasingly mature.The application feasibility is stronger.Then,this paper uses the transportation scheme design and the theory of the hanging transportation to establish a framework for the design of the drop-and-pull transportation scheme.Combined with the current situation of steel transportation,the hanging transportation scheme is designed,which mainly includes the selection of organization mode,organization mode and line design,resource allocation,capital allocation and financing content.
