It has important theoretical significance and practical value to study mechanization development level and mode of Liaoyang for carrying out《Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Law of the People’sRepublic of China》(short《for Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Law》), promoting agricultural mechanization of Liaoyang city, promoting rapid development of rural economy of Liaoyang, accelerating the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The development status of agricultural mechanization of Liaoyang was analyzed on System analysis、dominant factor、equipment level、measurement of the contributive rate、economics. Based on the above study result, development mode of Liaoyang agricultural mechanization was put forward.The thesis begins with the early days of New China, through 4 different periods of history of "Cultural Revolution" period, the Third Plenary Session of Eleventh Central Committee and since the year 1989 period, after 1989 it can be divided into 3 stages of innovation and development stage, steady development stage, rapid development stage, agricultural mechanization development course of Liaoyang was analyzed, Four Mechanism of how to innovate agricultural mechanization development course was put forward:building industrialization operating mechanism, building socialization service mechanism, building systematic propping up mechanism and building standardization administrative mechanism.By making contrast analysis on grey relational analysis, factor comparative analysis, objective system analysis, analytic hierarchy process and regression analysis method, regression analysis method was considered more appropriate. Linear regression analysis was carried through on influencing factors by econometrics knowledge, SPSS software and elimination method, linear regression model was also determined. It can be known from analysis of the results that research funding every increased 100 Yuan per capita of rural population, agricultural mechanization level can increase 0.0168kW/hm2 in the circumstances of other variables keeps invariant. Leading factor of agricultural mechanization development of Liaoyang was determined, and the reason was also analyzed.Equipment level of Liaoyang agricultural mechanization was analyzed and predicted, direction of Liaoyang agricultural mechanization was pointed out, the scientific theoretical foundation for agricultural mechanization was provided in the thesis.Calculation method of mechanization contributive ratio was discussed, as follows mainly subjective index method, comparison method of contribution and no contribution, mathematical model method. Cobb Douglas production function(C-D production function), solow’s residual method and data envelopment analysis (DEA method) in the mathematical model method were discussed. Based on calculation method selection, econometrics and SPSS software, elimination method was used to establish the calculation model. Based on agricultural mechanization contributive ratio formula, agricultural mechanization the mechanization profit in agricultural industry of Liaoyang was estimated by two kinds of data collection method, the ratio was 39.60% during 2003—2008 and 39.24% during 2000—2009, calculating result was analyzed actually. Empirical analysis on Liaoyang county was taken for example, a conclusion was came that mechanization profit in agricultural industry of Liaoyang county during 2002—2009 was 40.37%. The reason of high mechanization profit in agricultural industry was that multiple and large numbers of farm implements were bought, agricultural production efficiency was improved greatly.By using linear regression analysis model, effect of agricultural mechanization development level on agricultural economy was primary determined, regression model was also established. By using C-D production function model, effect of agricultural mechanization on agricultural economy was studied quantificationally. The analysis of marginal effect of linear regression analysis model and C-D production function model were carried out separately. It can be known from the analysis that capital input every increased 1 Yuan, gross product of primary industry can increase 3.717Yuan/hm2 in the circumstances of other variables keeps invariant. On the original base, gross product of primary industry corresponding increase caused by one unit adding of total power of farm machinery or input of capital input production factors are 0.888 and 0.099.On the basis of the study mentioned above, principal problem existing in the development of Liaoyang agricultural mechanization was put forward, major measures of development of Liaoyang agricultural mechanization was also put forward, current situation and existing problems of agricultural machinery service system was analyzed, advice and opinion were put forward, development orientation of agricultural machinery industrialization was studied, development mode of Liaoyang agricultural mechanization was explored, positive contributions were made on the development of agricultural machinery.
