Development Level Evaluation And Development Pattern Research On Agricultural Mechanization

Agricultural mechanization is one of the important contents and primary symbol of agricultural modernization. Evaluating the development level of agricultural mechanization scientifically and researching the development pattern of it energetically, had an great effect on agricultural modernization, and also had important and realistic significance for ministry of agricultural mechanization establishing relevant policy and measure scientifically and reasonable, supervising development adjust measures to local conditions and classifically and realizing the improvement for agricultural synthetical production ability and effect and increasement for farmers' earning.This paper's research objective was improving decision-making level for agricultural mechanization management. Based on analysis on agricultural mechanization development actuality in Zhejiang province, the theories and methods of modem management science, data extraction technique, systems engineering, computer software and etc. were used to resolve relevant problems for agricultural mechanization management decision-making process.Main research contents were shown as follows:1. Based on analysis on the new situation that agricultural mechanization faced after our province's agricultural development entered into the new period, the promoting effect on agricultural mechanization for agricultural modernization was summarized systemically and the mutual relations with agricultural mechanization and latter-day industrial civilization were expounded. The development actuality of Zhejiang province's agricultural mechanization was analyzed, and its existing problems were put forward. The research actuality in the field of agricultural mechanization's development level evaluation and development pattern studying in china and abroad were reviewed.2. Based on analysis and compare on various evaluation methods for agricultural mechanization development level, a evaluation method for agricultural mechanization development level which was much closer to practice was researched and put forward, and the agricultural mechanization development level of Zhejiang province were calculated using this agricultural mechanization development level evaluation method. Every region's agricultural mechanization development level in Zhejiang province were compared.3. Based on relevant statistical dala of Zhejiang province's agricuhural production and agricultural mechanization from 1991 to 2004, Cobb-Douglas production function model was used for statistics and analysis. The agricultural mechanization's contribution rate for agricultural production in Zhejiang province from 1991 to 2004 was 12.43%.4. Agricultural mechanization socialization services for new situation were explored and considered, and various service patterns in Zhejiang province currently were compared and analysed. And based on above all, the countermeasure and suggestion were put forward for fast promoting agricultural mechanization services socialization.5. According to the established evaluation model for agricultural mechanization development level, Zhejiang province's agricultural mechanization development level was evaluated totally and analysed systemically, and the macroscopical thinking and measure were put forward for quickly advancing agricultural mechanization development.
