Study On Evaluating Indicator System Of Circular Economy Of The Coking Industry In Shanxi Province

Shanxi Coking industry, as a core industry of Shanxi economy, plays an important role in the development of Shanxi economy. Coking industry's main products include coke, the by-products in the coking generating process are mainly coal tar, gas, clumsy, which are important basic raw materials using for the production of chemical products. The coking industry, however, is a highly-polluting one and has a large impact on the life of people surrounded and physical situation of the staff and workers. The inadequate recycling facility of chemical Products results in low by-products recycling; lower industry intensity, more separated coking plants. For the healthy and rapid development of Shanxi Coking Industry, the development of cycling economy is an inevitable choice for the development of Shanxi Coking industry making greater contribution to Shanxi economic growth. In the time of combining of Shanxi industries, formulating a reasonable evaluating index system of circular economy is a necessary condition for healthy development of Shanxi economy, which can objectively evaluate the developing level of Shanxi Coking Industry and then work out development strategy of combining Shanxi Coking industry.This paper reviews the research at home and abroad about the evaluating index system of cycling economy, in which it sums up the theory and connotation of cycling economy, theory of ecology, theory of Cleaner Production, industry of social vein and regional economics. By analyzing the developing status quo of Shanxi Coking Industry and the problems existed in the process of Developing cycling economy, it has been constructed a general index system of cycling economy evaluation of Shanxi Coking Industry and a core index system of evaluating cycling economy of Shanxi Coking Industry, based on the concept, features and basic principles of evaluating index system of cycling economy.The index of resources recycling utilization, the index of environmental quality, the index of economic development, the index of resources output is the core in the general evaluating index system of cycling economy in Shanxi coking industry, core index system of evaluating cycling economy of Shanxi Coking Industry takes index of resources output, of pollutants output, of synthetically utilization of resources, of waste recovery and utilization as the core index. Using principal component analysis method to evaluate synthetically recycling economical development of parts of Shanxi Coking enterprises points out a definite direction to the developmental strategy of the enterprises and also provides a necessary basis for the combining of Shanxi Coking Industry.Chapter One is an introduction, in which it mainly illustrates the background of the study, the status quo of the research in the evaluating index system of cycling economy at home and abroad, the content and structural arrangements of this paper; Chapter Two is the overview of related theory, that is the theory of cycling economy, theory of ecology, theory of Cleaner Production, industry of social vein and regional Economics; In Chapter Three, it is mainly about problems existed in Shanxi Coking Industry as well as the developing status quo; Chapter Four is the construction of evaluating index system of cycling economy in Shanxi Coking Industry, the introduction of concept, meaning, basic principle of evaluating index system of cycling economy, and contractual content a general evaluating index system and a core evaluating index system of cycling economy of Shanxi Coking Industry of Shanxi Coking Industry; Chapter Five is the application of evaluating index system of cycling economy coking industry in Shanxi along with notices, it mainly includes the assessment through general evaluating index system of cycling economy of coking industry in Shanxi, the assessment through evaluating index system of cycling economy in Shanxi coking enterprises as well as the notices about using evaluating index system of cycling economy; Chapter Six is the conclusion and prospect.The work and innovations that have been done in this paper: first, conduct an systematic analysis to the present developing status quo of Shanxi Coking Industry as well as the problems existed; second, construct an evaluating index system of cycling economy in Shanxi coking industry; third,in the applying process of evaluating index system of cycling economy in Shanxi coking industry, evaluate the coking enterprises in Shanxi horizontally and vertically using principal component analysis method, which represents the developing level of cycling economy in Shanxi coking industry, and obtain some assessing results, all of which can urge the government and enterprises to make right policies and then promote the healthy development of coking industry in Shanxi.
