Adopting unsafe behaviors of coal miners which include intentional unsafe behavior and un-intentional unsafe behavior as the research subject; building on the theories and method models such as Analytic Network Process, Factor Analysi, Structural Equation Modeling, Multiple Independent and Factorial Relationship Analysis Methods (Factorial Analysis of Variance, Multiple Variable Variance Analysis, Single Variable Analysis, etc.) and Theory of Planned Behavior; while, using the forms of interview, expert judgements and questionnaire survey to collect the unsafe behaviors and its statistics of the related former reasons based on975from7coal mine. The thesis judges and analyzes4forms and30factors of the individual characteristics, organization tasks, mechanical equipments and work environments which have priority to the un-intentional unsafe behavior. Thus, four models are established. They are intentional unsafe behavior factor model, model of the relation between intention and unsafe behavior, model of the relation between individual characteristic factors and intention and unsafe behavior and model of the relation between the factors of organization enviroment and intention and unsafe behavior. Meanwhile, the thesis tests the influence degree of the demographic variables and intentional unsafe behavior.
