Study On The Influential Factors And Management Strategies Of The Coal Miner's Unsafe Behaviors

According to the survey,human factor has being the primary cause of the major coal mine safety accident which proportion up to 97.67%,and in these accidents caused by the unsafe behavior of coal miners are more than 85%,which fully shows that the unsafe behavior of coal miners is the stumbling block for the healthy development of coal mine enterprises and the management on unsafe behavior of coal miners is on the long road.At present,the research about the influential factors of unsafe behavior of coal miners is very common,but there still be lack of the analyze on the influential factors of unsafe behavior of coal miners that based on the division of unsafe behaviors of coal miners from the perspective of psychology,which has become an urgent problem.This paper used the behavioral science and safety psychology as the theoretical basis to classify the unsafe behavior that whether the coal miners have the subjective will when they executive unsafe behavior,that is non-intentional unsafe behavior that does not have the subjective will and intentional unsafe behavior that dose have the subjective will.Combining all kinds of unsafe behavior characteristics and using the different research methods to analyze the influential factors,finally put forward the management strategy of unsafe behavior.For the non-intentional unsafe behavior that does not have subjective will,this paper used the literature method to card the recent ten years research on the influential factors of unsafe behavior of coal miners in 2007-2016,and combined with the observation and recording from Lu'an Group Wang-Zhuang coal mine's safety production situation by the research team to construct the coal miners' non-intentional unsafe behavior influential factors index system from four aspects of individual characteristics,equipment,organization environment and working environment.Secondly,calculated the gray relational degree between the factors of non-intentional unsafe behavior and non-intentional unsafe behavior by using the gray relational grade analysis method.Finally,sorted the priority of the influential factors of non-intentional unsafe behavior through the calculation of the gray correlation degree.For the intentional unsafe behavior that does have subjective will,this paper pointed out that the reasons causing intentional unsafe behavior of coal miners is the unsafe behavioral intention based on the theory of planned behavior,and combined with the actual operation situation of coal miners to analyze the influential factors of intentional unsafe behavior of coal miners from three aspects of behavioral attitude,subjective norms,perceive behavior control,and constructed the causal relationship between intentional unsafe behavior and its influential factors.Secondly,according to the principle of system dynamics to construct the SD flow diagram model of factors influencing coal miners' intentional unsafe behavior which including state variable,speed variable,auxiliary variable and constant factors.Based on observation and recording from Lu'an Group Wang-Zhuang coal mine's safety production situation by the research team,and combined with the the actual situation of coal mine safety management and the logical relationship among the variables in the model to establish the simulation equation.Finally,designed three simulation operation scheme from three aspects of behavioral attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control to analogue simulate the influential factors of intentional unsafe behavior,and analyze the the simulation results.On the basis of the research on the factors that influence the non-intentional unsafe behavior and intentional unsafe behavior to put forward the management strategies that for non-intentional unsafe behavior and intentional unsafe behavior.The non-intentional unsafe behavior management strategies mainly combined four aspects,that is the individual characteristics management,equipment management,organizational environment management and work environment management,the intentional unsafe behavior management strategies mainly combined three aspects,that is behavioral attitude management,subjective norms management,perceive behavior control management.
