Research On Training Of Construction Workers Safety Behavior Based On The Cognitive Mechanism

As labor-intensive industry,construction industry safety accidents caused casualties have been located in the forefront of the industry.The main causes of safety accidents can be divided into two kinds,one is the unsafe behavior of people,the second is the unsafe state of content.Among them,the man’s not safe for is the direct cause of the accident,so by reducing the unsafe behavior of people can effectively reduce the happening of the accident and to improve safety performance.People’s behavior is the result of the cognitive and unsafe behavior cognition is the root cause of failure.Through the safety training can reduce workers on safety behavior cognitive failure,reduce unsafe behavior,thereby reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.However,current research combining the theory of cognitive behavior of safety training is less,based on the cognitive perspective safety training how to affect different type of work fewer workers behavior selection mechanism research,current safety training and safety mainly in imparting knowledge and skills for the purpose,can not fundamentally solve the problem of workers choosing unsafe behavior.Therefore,this paper through the literature research,collecting data on construction site using structural equation model to verify the conclusion of the difference of different type of work workers cognitive structure and the differences of cognitive structure for different type of work workers,distinguishing safety training strategy is put forward.Paper main research work includes: 1)based on the failure mechanism of cognition,through literature research and theoretical derivation of different type of work has the difference of cognitive structure;2)through the literature research and field observation to identify common type of work at the construction site of unsafe behavior,unsafe behavior of the corresponding list each job listings,and the various unsafe behavior are not defense classified dangerous behavior and dangerous behavior;3)according to the results of the two kinds of classification of unsafe behavior determine the type of each type of work the main unsafe behavior;4)by means of theoretical derivation,the structural equation model analysis and validation of the differences between two kinds of cognitive structure and the influence factors of behavior choice;5)according to the cognition,behavior and training,the relationships between the three component training-cognitive-behavioral model;6)based on the cognitive structure of different type of work workers exist differences and the influence factors of behavior choice,propose targeted safety training,provide theoretical basis for the improvement of the safety training research.The results show that the differences between cognitive structure of different type of work workers,its characteristic to unsafe behavior,the traditional safety training cannot be targeted with respective characteristics,superficial cause safety training,can’t really play a proper role,so as to effectively improve safety performance.In view of the different type of work safety training can improve the safety awareness of workers,attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control,can also be targeted to raise the level of safety knowledge and skills.From a cognitive perspective,this paper analyzed the influence of safety training to construction workers’ unsafe behavior mechanism,explore the different type of work workers’ unsafe behavior,the differences of cognitive structure actively,Suggestions for different type of work is lay particular stress on security training,not only provide theoretical basis for the improvement of safety training,more can effectively reduce or avoid the construction accident,and training for the security of the construction site management provides practical advice,open up new perspectives for the research of safety training.
