Research On The Influence Of Personality Traits On The Petroleum Workers' Unsafe Behavior

Petroleum is an important energy and basic products, and it has an flagrant close nexus to the national financial condition.Petroleum plays a considerable role in our national financial condition development. In recent years, although production safety situation has improved, however, the field of safety still has some problems.The production safety situation is still grim. Almost more than 80% of the total number of accidents due to human's unsafe behavior in petroleum production, and personality traits is a important factor affecting employees' unsafe behavior. So it is very necessary to explore the impact of employees' personality traits underlying mechanism of their unsafe behavior.Because it provide literal basis to the examination that personality traits effectively reduce unsafe behavior of petroleum sector workers.In this paper, the eight dimensions of the personality traits of petroleum workers as exogenous variables, through empirical research methods to establish the "personality traits-unsafe psychology- unsafe behavior" model.Including petroleum enterprise employees' personality trait analysis of elements and dimensions, and confirmed the path model of personality traits by influencing the safety psychology of unsafe behavior.The digital of the first petroleum production plant in North China petroleum field are collected, and the reliability and validity of the data are verified. Finally, using structural equation model for empirical analysis and test, AMOS20.0 on the proposed model fitting, evaluation and correction, description, and ultimately determine the personality traits of petroleum workers-unsafe behavior model.The research results of this paper are:The four dimensions of personality traits:understanding personality, affective personality, extroversion personality and intuitive personality are promoting the insecurity. On the contrary, thinking type personality, judgment type personality, feeling type personality are negative promoting the insecurity; Unsafe psychology is promoting unsafe behavior.In the model, the contact between the introverted personality and insecurity psychology is not obvious, the unsafe behavior by introverted personality effect is not significant.On the basis of this, the author analyzes the direct and indirect factors that produce the unsafe behavior of employees in petroleum companies, and determines the important status of unsafe psychology in the process of prevention and management of unsafe behavior.Put forward training of petroleum enterprise employee personality, Starting from the personality selection and training,providing a new idea for the prevention of unsafe behavior, to improve the safety of the production in the petroleum field and prevent dangerous accidents have important practical significance.
