| Cultivating regional economic advantage dominant industry in the area, it is important significance for the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure in areas, sharing results of regional specialization, Narrowing the regional differences and so on. Growth mechanism is a subject based on regional balanced development, new relationship of regional economic and great-leap-forward development of late-developing area. This paper discusses the growth mechanism of leading industry in the periphery region from different views using comprehensively regional economics, location theory and industrial economics and so on, and then builds the evaluation and selection of analysis framework. Subsequently, gives the cultivating and growth mechanism, and puts forward constructive suggestions. The main research contents are as follows:(1) This paper reveals the formation mechanism of leading industries in the periphery region. It defined main economic characteristic of periphery region, and its particularity and constraint of leading industry. Then the conditions, motivation and path of leading industry in the periphery region have been proved.(2) The paper constructs self-organized pattern, guide mode and integration model of industry growth in the area, and analyzes development process and features of each method. It finds that government of periphery region is mainly helpful to promoting industry development in selecting and cultivation.(3) To expose the mechanism of leading industry in periphery region, and propose the measured methods and the socio economic impact index of leading industry in periphery region. Meanwhile, it also analyzes the effect of correlation, polarization and diffusion from the views of self-organization, industrial agglomeration and convergence, and designs the corresponding methods and index.(4) It outlines cultivation and growth mechanism of leading industry in periphery region. In this paper, principles, patterns and approaches of leading industry cultivation are presented and it gives some suggestions based on the deep analysis of industry development environment in periphery region.(5) According to the given research method, this paper makes an empirical analysis for its selection and cultivation of leading industry based on the city of Wulanchabu to ensure their scientific and correct. The results show what the selected leading industry has promotion significantly for the increasing economic, society development and the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. Meanwhile, it is also verified scientific and correct of the measured methods and the socio economic impact index. The different industry branches of leading industry in Wulanchabu city have bigger fluctuation for society development and the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in the process of analyzing the solid evident. It means that it is not perfect development and immature. In addition, it is urgent to cultivate the leading industry in Wulanchabu. |
