Research On Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform

This dissertation is the experience sum-up of the author and entrepreneurial team in recent ten years more. The purpose of this dissertation is through a systematic studyto design the future for enterprises and to promote entrepreneurship research.With the increasing deepening of the entrepreneurial studies, there exist many organizations providing service to entrepreneurs around their entrepreneurial activities, such as website for enterpreureship, patent transaction platform, venture investment institution, network transaction platform, entrepreneurship education and training institutions, business incubator, etc., which greatly reduce so many problems of entrepreneurial and improve the successful probability of entrepreneurship. But it still gives entrepreneurs, who will put a lot of resources and energy to do their own business, priority in the whole entrepreneurial process, and the failure probability is still great.Against that background, this dissertation tries to put forward a new organization, the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform, which solves various problems in the entrepreneurial process in the form of entrepreneurial team, in order to improve the successful probability of entrepreneurship. Mainly to do the following work:It puts forward the concept of the entrepreneurship auxiliary organization, and analyzes its development present situation and defect.It expounds the thought sources of the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform, cloud computing, defines connotation and power mechanism of the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform, and analyzes the prototype of the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform, online game entrepreneurial platform and innovation workshop.It discusses the construction of the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform from elements, organization structure, constructing mode and operation process these four aspects.It puts forward the opportunity selection index system of the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform, including three parts, which is the core technology competitiveness, entrepreneurial team comprehensive quality and market potential, and applies fuzzy-grey clustering method on the real diagnosis analysis.It divides resource elements of Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform into five aspects, capital, technology, human resources, professional management and service system and infrastructural service facility. And then, the theory of dynamic programming is used to build the dynamic programming model of resource allocation of the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform. Finally, taking the example of the idea of resources sharing within the group, the resource integration model and safeguard mechanism of Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform, which are based on sharing mechanism, are discussed.It discusses the potential risks that may occur in the operational process of the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform are accessed from three aspects, environmental risk, management risk, and project risk, and risk pre-control measures are proposed.It analyzes the case of Xiamen HongXin Entrepreneur Incubator Co., LTD., which is the presenter and practitioners of the cloud entrepreneurial platform, and sums up its successful experience.Form the theory point of view, the research results can enrich the existing entrepreneurship theory system. The deficiency of the study and the difficulties and blank proposed provide the future direction for the scholars in the field, and activate the study of this field. From the practical point of view, the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform greatly improves the entrepreneurial success probability, so it is inevitable to be popular for entrepreneurs and venture participants. From the social point of view, the Cloud Entrepreneurial Platform reduces the waste of resources, and so it will get the support of government. Therefore this dissertation research results also has great practical reference value.
