Research On Logistics Strategic Alliance Construction And Risk Assessment Based On Coordinated Management

Along with the rapid development of whole society economy, logistic corporations will have the feasibility and necessity of increasing their business efficiency and expanding the profit and survival space by constructing a strategic alliance.Meanwhile, our logistic enterprise alliances’development level is insufficient along with the strategic alliances still has certain blindness.Enterprises often ignore the choice of enterprise’s appropriate partner while building alliance, which are not based on their own specific situation. During the alliance courses,they ignore the cultivation of their own ability, alliance stability and risk prevention issues. There fore, under the the new organization mode of logistic alliance, it will be key to logistics enterprise development of strategic alliance on the following issues:how to identify the key influence factors of the logistics alliance stability and to choose the right coalition partners, how to construct the logistics strategic alliance based on coordinated management, which model to construct and how to protect against the logistics strategic alliance risks.This paper used the coordination management theory into the research of logistics strategic alliance, use game theory, dynamic programming, network analytical method, fuzzy comprehensive analysis, case analysis and document research methods into the research of logistics strategic alliance construction and risk problem. In the course of the research, first of all, this paper introduced the research background and significance, stated the research route, method, thinking and content structure, and put forward the innovation points in this paper. Second, summarized the research status of strategic alliance, logistics strategic alliance and coordination management theory from domestic and abroad on several aspects, reviewed the related theory content, found out the research foundation of further discussion in this paper through analysis.Third, this paper analyzed the feasibility and necessity of constructing the logistics strategic alliance in our country, analyzing the decisions choice issue of logistics strategic alliance base on coordination management by using the game theory, described the strategic alliance formation principle, mode and system. Fourth, analyzed the key factors of logistics strategic alliance stability based on coordination management, introduced the selected principle and process of logistics strategic alliance partners based on the application of multi-objective optimization theory and dynamic planning way. Fifth, completed the research of logistics strategy alliance risk evaluation index system and risk prevention strategies by using network analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method based on the coordinated management Finally, combined with the case Tianjin A logistics company, made the SWOT analysis of the company, analyzed the company logistics development present situation through investigation, evaluated the risk of logistics strategic alliance, studied by applying the research model in this paper and gave the targeted implementation of strategy.
