Some real problems of Chinese labor market lead to the thinking, such asshortage of normalization, hired difficult of national and controversy of demographicdividend disappearance. April28,2011, the announcement of the National Bureau ofStatistics of China’s sixth census data attracted the attention of the community. Theacceleration of the aging process let us acutely aware of that we can no longer rely ona steady stream of labor resources in the international market competition. It hasbecome a consensus to changing the mode of economic development and improvingthe quality of the labor force. That how to overcome the obstacles in the development, breaking the existing bottlenecks, promoting labor migration more freely andharmony, realizing human development and sustained and healthy economicdevelopment, all of these we need to face and solve. The classic description ofexisting dual economic theory have failed to give a reasonable explanation for thereal problem in China. On the basis of the dual economic theory it is the purpose ofthis paper to achieve new breakthroughs and effectively explain the reality. This paper attempts to interpret the phenomena and problems of labor migrationin China from the heterogeneity labor perspective. The author discusses theconnotation and denotation, property and characteristics of the heterogeneity labor. And the historical evolution of the heterogeneity labor is described and demonstrated.By constructing the new economic geography model of the heterogeneity labormigtation, the paper analyzes the heterogeneity labor dispersion of the spaceeconomy. The model conclusions also show that along with the stronger of theheterogeneity, the dispersion force is become greater. The above analysis laid thepremise of study and the theoretical basis. The author analyzes the stage of the heterogeneity labor migration, and putsforward that we has entered the stage of autonomy migration of heterogeneity labor. The non-economic factors have become the important things affecting labormigration. The mode of the heterogeneity labor migration is defined as “Dual-capital-driven”.Its main driving forces are human capital and social capital which depend on the level of capital accumulation. Performance in the form of spatial is changing fromagglomeration to dispersion. Performance in the form of industrial distribution isshifting from agriculture to industry then to the third industry. Performance in theform of profession is the rise of many emerging occupations.By using of the threeconcentration indicators of labor, population and production, the thesis analyzes thedisconsistency of the spatial distribution between the population and production. Theauthor believes that the core solving problems of labor migration in China is tocontinue to promote the flow of labor rationally and orderly. To achieve this goal, weneed to enhance the level of human capital, coordinate the spatial distribution ofpopulation and production, improve the institutional environmentand and theperformance evaluation system. The innovation of the thesis is mainly reflected in three points: selectingheterogeneity labor as a research perspective, building the model of new economicgeography of heterogeneity labor migration, analysis of spatial distribution of China’spopulation and production.Due to lack of Micro data of labor migration, the thesis is inadequate in theempirical analysis. In addition, because of the limited knowledge structure anddiscipline background of author, there are many inadequacies in this study. I willcontinue to work hard on the basis of the researth on labor migration.
