Enterprises growth is an important area of research in strategic management. The resource-based issues affecting business growth model to a regional model of economic development. Starting from the resource-based enterprises in Inner Mongolia, with the national data comparative analysis of the growth condition and influencing factors of resource-based enterprises under the condition of different resource-based industries. Analysis focused on enterprise technology innovation status of Inner Mongolia, to lay part of the empirical basis of this article.4. An overview of the traditional core competencies of the resource-based enterprises and their challenges, and further high technology growth mechanism of the theory of resource-based enterprises to sort out, and on this basis to establish TRU model, this strategy of resource-based enterprises to select tools propose a generic model of the resource-based enterprise technology strategy and the special strategic choice framework, theory and practice analysis tools for the follow-up to further empirical research.5. By the typical case of growth of the resource-based enterprises on construction the TRU model in three-dimensional space, the six typical mode typical resource-based enterprises in Inner Mongolia, the use of technology strategy, resource strategy and the process of growth of the business strategy, the method of empirical case studies the theory of the previous chapter.6. Asked the six main conclusions of this article and five countermeasures. Such as:(!)
