Under this kind of situation, how to make the enterprise keep sustainable growing becomes an important content of enterprise Theory & Management. Nevertheless, for the enterprise, the enterprise's sustainable growing is a systematic project that counts on various elements and conditions working together. Well, the technological innovation is one of the key factors. Especially during the knowledge economy age, technological innovation is becoming the propeller of sustainable development of enterprise. Secondly, Taking influencing Factors of enterprises'growth as the breakthrough, the paper descript the formation mechanism of technological innovation clusters and its development trend. And based on this conclusion, the paper systematically illuminate the Positive Role which the technical innovation clusters work with enterprise technical innovation and business growth. Finally, through typical comparison at home and abroad of technological innovation clusters'developing model, the paper explains the technological innovation cluster development model of success, and explores the problems in our country's technological innovation clusters, and puts forward relative policy suggestions to the development of our country's technological innovation cluster.The main conclusions of the paper:1,Theoretical analysis shows that, the growth of enterprise counts on five key factors.
