Coal and gas outburst, rockburst and mining-induced seismicity collectivelyreferred to as the dynamic disasters is the main driving force in the coal mine disaster.Pingdingshan coal mine with the increase of mining depth, coal and gas outburstdynamic disasters intensity increased, the frequency increase, poses a significantthreat to the safe and efficient mining of deep coal. Take Mine No.8, No.10and No.12in the east of Pingdingshan coal mine as the research base for coal and gas outburstdynamic disasters prediction and prevention.Determined the critical energy of coal and gas outburst power system in the eastof Pingdingshan coal mine, established evaluation method of the dynamicenvironment of the mine dynamic disasters, drawn coal and gas outburst and naturalearthquakes in on time, space, strength phase in Pingdingshan Coal Mine. Consideredfolds, faults, tectonically deformed coals and coal seam gas factors, tectonic stress,gas pressure and mining pressure coupled with each other, the solid skeleton of coalor rock deformation and pore pressure changes in each other restrictive relationship,revealed deep mine dynamic disasters multi-factors coupling unified disastermechanism in Pingdingshan coal mine, established a unified mathematical model.Proposed unified prediction theory of deep mine dynamic disasters based ongeodynamic zoning, established a deep mine dynamic disasters uniform predictablepattern recognition probability prediction methods, deep mine dynamic disasters fromthe single factor forecast to predict the development of multi-factor forecast to predictthe development to the region from the point from the qualitative prediction toquantitative prediction of development. Opened up new areas of the deep minedynamic disasters prediction, established a scientific deep mine dynamic disastersprediction method. Elastic two new rockburst preference test indicators, energyvelocity index and rockburst energy speed index; developed a deep mine dynamicdisasters unified monitoring and warning technology,include cuttings temperaturemethod, Charge method and coal stress method; developed cuttings temperaturetesting device, borehole temperature monitoring device, charge sensor and on-linecharge monitoring system, determined monitoring sensitive indicators; developed adeep mine dynamic disasters unified monitoring and warning system; establisheddeep mine dynamic disasters assessment and prediction techniques index system inPingdingshan coal mine.Developed a set of deep mine dynamic disasters unified prevention techniques for Pingdingshan coal mine, including hydraulic fracturing, water-drive gas technology,deep hole blasting technology, etc.; Prepared deep mine dynamic disasters unifiedprediction and prevention technical regulations for Pingdingshan coal mine.
