For a long time, dynamic disaster has been the enormous resistance of coal mine producion. Especially in recent years, with the mining depth of coal mine increasing, some mines have been developed by a single dynamic disaster to two or more dynamic disasters coexisting, lead to a more complex result, and make it more difficult to monitor and prevention. The most mining depth in Pingdingshan No.12 mine has been 1100 m. Tendency of the impact of coal and rock increasing obviously. In recent years, as the technology of curb and harness gas disasters improve, small outburst substantially eliminated. With the increase of mining depth, comprehensive dynamic disasters existence gradually, including coal and gas outburst and rock burst. Therefore, curb and harness Pingdingshan No.12 mine dynamic disaster and forecast it has some guidance and practical significance.On the basis of disaster prediction of No.12 mine F15 coal seam, based on neural network and relational analysis Theory, apply the working face dynamic disaster prediction pattern recognition probability prediction method, establishe the working face dynamic disaster prediction model. And take into account the impact of mining pressure distribution and gas extraction of working face. Analysing the process of strata movement rule and the rule of pressure field evolution when working face is mining, evaluating the efficacy of the gas extraction, provide the basic data for face dynamic disasters prediction. Based on the AutoCAD system software platform, apply the VBA technology langurage, developing a dynamic disaster forecasting system of working face. The pattern recognition software system and the dynamic disaster prediction system are combained. Fi5-17200 working face of Pingdingshan No.12 mine is predicted. The results show that:the working face dynamic disaster forecast and the prediction of dynamic disasters of coal seam has good consistency. The gas extraction effect is obvious, the fatalness probability reduced by 44%. When working face is near to the stop line, working face greater danger ahead due to stress concentration, the prevention and control work should be strengthened. Its accuracy of F15-17200 working face is higher.It has great theoretical significance and practical application value.
