Research On Competition System Of The Youth School Football In China

In2009“the Youth Football Program at School in China” was jointly carried out by the State-General Administration of Sports and Ministry of Education. So far, Football Program at Schoolhas been developing in47cities,3pilot counties and2700primary and secondary schools. What’smore, it will be conducted at High schools and Universities. Based on theoretical research, field re-search, case study, expert interviews and comparative study, this article attempts to make a syste-matic study on construction theory of the Youth Football Program’s competition system at Schoolin China, the present situation as well as the existing problems of school football competition. Furthermore, by learning the advanced experience of competition system of school soccer from SouthKorea and Japan, the article tries to construct the new developing mode and developing strategy o-f the Youth Football competition system at school in China, so as to perfect the youth football trai-ning systems relying on school. Through research, the author draws the following conclusions:1. The Youth Football competition system at school in China is constituted with several factorswhich are interrelated and interacted on each other. Around certain contest goals, a series ofsoccer contest activities are carried out extensively and take on a functional organic integrity.It has five features including integrity、adaptability、hierarchy、openness and dynamism, aswell as five elements including competition goals、competition resourses、organizationstructures、rules and regulations and competition systems. The elements interrelate andinteracte on each other, thus form a system which has certain structure and funtion.2. Currently, The Youth Football competition system at school in China has initially established,and to a large degree, the level ot the constituent elements has improved, certainly it hasfounctioned. However, there still exists some troubles: not uniform competition goals,irrational organization structure, imperfect event systems, poor competition resources,unsound rules and regulations, etc.3. We obtain the inspiration from the Football competition system of South Korea and Japan:①,clearly establishing the overall goal and the level target;②, combing the organizationstructure of the competition management;③, forming systematic and diversed event systems;④,laying down perfect and scientific rules and regulations;⑤,optimizing the competitionresources and the environment.4. The main basis constructing the Youth Football competition system at school in China:①,the developing trend of the education and the sports under the new situations;②, grasping thespiritual essence of the school soccer;③, fully taking the current situation of the schoolsoccer into account;④, learning the advanced experience of the competition system atabroad.5. Lastly, the overall pattern of the Youth Football competition system at school in China could be summarized a new developing mode, that is,“an inosculation inside and outside theschool, a contacting with primary school, middle school and university, diversification ofform, content and methods as well.”6. The developing strategy of the Youth Football competition system at school in China:①,realizing the importance of the contest system of junior school soccer;②, improving the eventsystems;③, optimizing the competition resources and the environment;④, focusing onmarket developing and brand event creating.
