Research On The Development Of Youth Campus Football Competition System In Yunnan Province

This paper takes the development of the youth campus football competition system in Yunnan Province as the research object,Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview,logic analysis and so on,analyzing the current situation of the competition organization structure,competition rules and regulations,competition objectives,competition system and competition resources in the youth campus football competition system of Yunnan Province.It finds out the problems in the development of the youth campus football competition system in Yunnan Province,and proposes the corresponding development paths to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the youth campus football competition system in Yunnan Province.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Since the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education took over the campus football work,the competition system has been formed and perfected initially,and four horizontal(primary,junior high,high school to university)and four vertical(school and county level),this grid-based competition system have been established.The competition system includes popular and selective events.The intra-school competition and inter-school competition are in developing continuously,creating a good atmosphere for the development of campus football in Yunnan Province;(2)Under the premise of realizing the fundamental tasks of strengthening morality education,we will strive to achieve the three functions of campus football competition: “spread the participation of football players – select football professionals – promote students' all-round development”,improve and develop the Yunnan youth campus football competition system continuously.;(3)The organizational structure of the competition is not reasonable enough;It is mainly reflected in the unreasonable establishment of the internal organization and the unreasonable division of labor among the personnel;(4)The rules and regulations are not sound enough,which is characterized by lack of incentive and restraint mechanism,imperfect insurance system,and irregular registration of athletes;(5)The competition system is not perfect,which is characterized in the singleform of football competition in the school,the participation of students in football training and competition by the time limit of learning culture,the unstable number of teams in the inter-school league finals and the large difference in competition level,the unreasonable competition organization,and inadequate attraction compared to the“U” series of competitions or youth football competitions;(6)The utilization efficiency of competition resources is not high,which is characterized by unreasonable distribution of football field equipment resources,single source of funding sources,obvious regional differences,large differences in football teachers' levels,unstable referee teams,low participation and low quality of student football players.The work efficiency and service level of the competition staff need to be improved,the communication of information resources is slow,and the utilization of science and technology is insufficient.
