This thesis focuses on the effects of Coporate Social Responsibility (CSR) onChina foreign trade. This thesis researches on the problems faced by China foreigntrade enterprises, analysis the relationship of CSR and China foreign trade, providessolutions to enhance the CSR management capacity of China foreign tradeenterprises.On the theoretical level, this thesis do research on the concepts of CSR, therealization mechanism of CSR, and the internal relationship between CSR and Chinaforeign trade. On the practical level, this thesis summarizes the approaches andmeasures to avoid the CSR barriers and promote the CSR management capacity. Thisthesis points out the solutions of enhancing the CSR competitiveness in theinternational environment. This thesis advocates enterprises paying attention to theCSR management trends of transnational corporations in the course of increasingcorporation competitiveness and sustainable development capacity. Suggestions ofincreasing responsibility competitiveness of china enterprises are also mentioned inthis paper to realize the goal of sustainable development and the eventual harmoniousdevelopment of business, society and environment.The basic structure of this thesis is as follows:Chapter Ⅰ: Preface. This chapter briefly introduces the research background, theresearch object, the research methods, and the significance and innovation of thisthesis. The realization mechanisms and approaches of CSR and the history of ChinaCSR development are studied to reveal the internal relationship of CSR and Chinaforeign trade and the approaches to construct and promote responsibilitycompetitiveness.Chapter Ⅱ: The Researches of Theoretical and Practical Study Expand the Scopeof CSR Research, as well as provides ideas of promote the responsibilitycompetitiveness of China foreign trade enterprises. This chapter covers theconception, the newly progress of CSR research and China foreign trade research, and the relationship research between CSR and foreign trade.Chapter Ⅲ: The Status Quo and Problems of China Foreign Trade. The currentsituation of CSR promotion in China foreign trade enterprises are pointed out on themacro and micro level. The analysis of international and domestic economicdevelopment, the industry development, and the awareness and capacity ofenterprises are investigated in this thesis. At the same time, the analyses of problemsof promotion CSR are put forward from the internal and external dimensions.Chapter Ⅳ: Effects of CSR Trade Barriers. This chapter discusses the correlationof CSR and trade barriers. From the practical point of view, this thesis probes intowhether the CSR barriers exist to influence China foreign trade. From the theoreticalpoint of view, this thesis analyzes the hidden logic of the international mainstreamstandards of CSR and does comparing analysis of the international trade barriers. Onthis basis, it clearly defines the relationship between CSR and trade barriers.Chapter Ⅴ: Impact of CSR Promotion on China Foreign Trade SustainableDevelopment. This chapter mainly concerns with the relations between CSR andcorporate image, competitive advantage, human resources and economic performance.This chapter bring forward several measures to achieve positive effects of sustainabledevelopment of China foreign trade enterprises, such as participating public serviceactivities, strengthening CSR management, elevating economic benefits,implementing the responsibility of employee, and enhancing the human resourcesmanagement.Chapter Ⅵ: Comparison of CSR under the Condition of International TradeLiberalization and Integration. This chapter focuses on the Comparison of CSR underthe background of economic globalization, international trade liberalization andintegration. The differences between CSR laws of different countries and the effectsof CSR on developed and developing countries are compared in the chapter.Chapter Ⅶ: Establishment and Improvement of China Foreign Trade CSRCompetitiveness. On the base of the theory of responsibility competitiveness, thischapter brings forward a proposal of China foreign trade CSR establishment andImprovement scheme based on the above overall analysis of CSR promotion impacton China foreign trade. Chapter Ⅷ: Conclusion and Suggestion. According to the above researches,this chapter draws a basic conclusion, points out the main performance of CSR onChina Foreign Trade, the main measures to eliminate the negative impact and themain approaches to improve the responsibility competitiveness of China foreign tradeenterprises.
