As the human capital core of building components, an entrepreneur in the enterprise who is in command and coordination of action, through the integration and allocation of resources, makes the enterprise profitable and grow, the entrepreneur becomes the important source of core competitiveness of modern enterprises. Today’s Chinese economy are calling for more outstanding entrepreneurs to be born.Based on the above background, through the analyses of entrepreneur human capital formation mechanism,can help people to enhance the understanding of entrepreneurs, give full play to the role of entrepreneurs to create more value; key ability acquisition and key competence mechanism for in-depth analysis, the team of our country entrepreneur grow, development and grandness can play a reference role for the entrepreneur, maintain, to improve their ability and promote organizational learning has a very important practical significance.In theory, the entrepreneur ability and the research of manpower capital, mostly still stays at qualitative analysis, and lack of empirical test, therefore, the entrepreneur theory in recent years progress is very slow, the research field for the theory is farther deepen and refine it is urgent. Study on entrepreneur ability and manpower capital put forward the quantitative system, a certain extent make up for deficiencies in the theory of entrepreneur, have certain development value.The main research purpose of the paper is to analyze from to enhance the ability to entrepreneur human capital in the process of the inner mechanism of entrepreneur human capital so as to reveal cause of the formation and the kernel.Analysis of system integration in the entrepreneurs’ human capital the process of ascension of the key role and incentive constraint for syatem integration control effect.Mainly uses the theoretical research and empirical analysis,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,statistical analysis and comprehensive evaluation method of combining the expansion research.The paper is based on the following ideas study:first, collect, summarize and organize domestic and abroad about entrepreneur ability, entrepreneur manpower capital and the related content of literature conception, form, determine the subject; secondly, to the enterprise on-the-spot investigation, and entrepreneur on the research about the topic of discussion, network connections, the depth of a telephone exchange, and the questionnaire pre-tested and preliminary revision, conception model, put forward the hypothesis; then, extend, questionnaires, data modeling, statistical analysis; finally, reach our country entrepreneur human capital from the ability to form the inner mechanism of the conclusion of the study, and points out that the research deficiency and the future prospect.The paper puts forward19hypotheses, most of these hypotheses have been verified, such as:entrepreneurial learning capability and entrepreneurial decision-making ability is positively correlated; entrepreneurial learning ability and innovation of entrepreneur ability is positively related to the decision of Entrepreneurs:the ability dimension, learning ability, communication ability dimension dimension of system integration has a positive effect; system integration in the discovery of opportunities ability ability and courage, external relations between capital has full mediating effect, system integration in the internal cohesion ability, learning ability and courage capital, structural capital, relational capital has full mediating effect between; incentive and constraint in the system integration and the entrepreneur human capital and its capital, structure capital dimensions of insight dimensions, relationship between capital dimension regulating effect. Some hypothesis is supported by the empirical part support, such as:system integration in find the opportunity ability, external relations and relations between capital have partial mediating effect, decision-making ability of discover opportunities ability of external relations and internal cohesion ability for system integration has a positive effect, and the decision-making ability of the ability to bear the pressure no significant effect of system integration. However, entrepreneurs’ innovative ability for the system integration has significant impact hypothesis has not been validated, the empirical results are both sample selection limitation causes, but also reflected the team of our country entrepreneur innovation ability current situation.Through empirical analysis, the paper draws the following main points:Firstly,Core competence of entrepreneurs, four dimensional model.Entrepreneur core ability includes:entrepreneur entrepreneur innovation ability, decision-making ability, learning ability and communication ability of entrepreneur entrepreneur. Entrepreneurial decision-making ability and is further subdivided into two factors:find the opportunity and capacity to undertake the pressure ability; entrepreneur ability to communicate is subdivided into two factors: external relations and internal cohesion.Secondly, the entrepreneur human capital three dimensional structure model.Entrepreneur human capital this construct including courage capital, structure capital and relationship capital, entrepreneurs through the three dimensionality of the role of enterprise development. The three dimensional incompatible and can just covers the entrepreneur human capital extension, empirical analysis proves to be scientific and reasonable.Thirdly, system integration capabilities and entrepreneur human capital between the mediated effect model.Ability for entrepreneur human capital formation in the vast extent system need the mediating effect of. But the test results also show that, the entrepreneur learning ability of entrepreneur ability of communication has positive correlation, but not significantly, its cause should be:one is the ability to communicate with people’s character, temperament and personality characteristics related to; two is the ability to communicate with the features of complexity, it is difficult to pass it on to others learning to copy, imitation and transfer communication; three ability in practice need to continue through the self experience, perceived to be improved.The thesis is on entrepreneurs to enhance the ability to the mechansism of human capital research,mainly in the following aspects to realiaze the theoretical innovation,put forward the entrepreneurs’ human capital three dimensions constitute model,clarify logical relations between the entrepreneur ability and the the entrepreneurs’ human capital,constituting the system integration as the concept of entrepreneur ability and the entrepreneurs’ human capital between the intermediary variable,and discovered the innovation ability to domestic entrepreneur human capital formation,no significant effect.
