A Research On The Influence Of Human Capital On The Entrepreneur

With the advance of reform and opening process, our country come forth a number of entrepreneurs. Thrives entrepreneurs have been the major force that promote economic growth and social progress.constrctucting harmonious society is based on economic and social coordinated development. Obviously, whether entrepreneurs grow health is related to harmonious society construction. Therefore, researching on the growth of entrepreneurs is not only of great theoretical value, but also has extremely important practical significance.In this study, based on "human capital" theory perspective, used quantitative and qualitative analysis of sociology combination of research methods, through 30 entrepreneurs in the survey and in-depth interviews, The writer comprehensivly, systematicly, in-depthly explore the internal logic that is between entrepreneurs human capital (this quality is operated into entrepreneurs quality, entrepreneurs'ability and entrepreneurs'spirit) and Entrepreneurs'growth (this quality is operated into the degree of entrepreneurs adaptation to the environment, the level of accumulation of physical capital, the degree of human capital promation,the possibility of social capital mobilization). This study proposes four hypotheses: entrepreneurs'quality, entrepreneur'ability, entrepreneurs' spirit affect their adaptation to the environment, entrepreneurs'quality, entrepreneurs'ability, entrepreneurs 'spirit affect their physical capital accumulation; entrepreneurs'quality.entrepreneurs'ability,entrepreneu rs'spirit affect their human capital promation; entrepreneurs'quality.entrepreneurs'ability,entrepreneu rs'spirit affect their social capital mobilization.The empirical results show that:Entrepreneurs' quality.entrepreneurs'ability and entrepreneurs'spirit obviously influence on entrepreneurs'adaptation to the environment. Entrepreneurs'quality,entrepreneurs'ability entrepreneurs'spirit don not obviously influence on entrepreneurs'human capital promation. Entrepreneurs' ability obviously influence on entrepreneurs'social capital mobilization. Therefore, the hypothesis 1, hypothesis 2 and hypothesis 4 are partially confirmed, while hypothesis 3 was not confirmed.
