Shipbuilding industry plays an important role in Chinese national economy and socialdevelopment. It is beneficial to improve Chinese upgrading of an industrial structure andalleviate employment pressure. However, the fact that Shipbuilding industry isenergy-intensive industry determines that Chinese Shipbuilding industry must carry outproper technical innovation model, adopt new shipbuilding technology and produce new typeof ship products in future development to make up the environmental problems that highenergy brought. With the above background, this paper regards technical innovation model ofShipbuilding industry as the object and uses technical innovation theory and enterprise lifecycle theory to study the influencing factors, technical innovation model construction as wellas the evaluation of model implementation efficiency of Chinese Shipbuilding enterprises’technical innovation model. And it proposes relevant measures to ensure effectiveimplementation of Shipbuilding enterprises’ technical innovation model. The specific studiesare as follows:First of all, this paper introduces the concept and characteristics of technical innovationmodel, Shipbuilding industry and Shipbuilding enterprises’ technical innovation model. Itclassifies enterprises’ technical innovation model and analyzes the development history,features and development tendency of Shipbuilding enterprises’ technical innovation.Furthermore, it studies the main category, specific approaches and problems of ChineseShipbuilding industry traditional technical innovation model. By literature research andbusiness survey, this paper analyzes deeply into the external and internal factors ofShipbuilding enterprises’ technical innovation model. And external factors includeshipbuilding technology progress, marine products market structure and innovation policy ofshipbuilding industry. Internal factors include enterprise scale, innovation strategy, acquisitionof innovation resources and organization structure.Secondly, it bases on enterprise life cycle theory and proposes Shipbuildingindustryenterprise life cycle partition model based on Compertz model to analyze therelevance between Shipbuilding enterprises life cycle and technical innovation model. Itbuilds initial stage imitation innovation model, growth stage integrated innovation model,mature stage original innovation model, as well as degenerating stage cooperative innovationmodel on the basis of analyzing Shipbuilding industry enterprisetechnical innovation featuresin its initial stage, growth stage, mature stage and degenerating stage. It discusses the implementation process and ways of four kinds of technical innovation model of Shipbuildingindustry enterprise.Thirdly, it introduces the concept of technical innovation model operational efficiencyand proposes evaluation purpose of Shipbuilding industrytechnical innovation modeloperational efficiency. It determines input and output indicators of imitation innovation model,integrated innovation model,original innovation model,cooperative innovation model on thebasis of analyzing technical innovation model operational efficiency evaluation indicatorchoice criterion. And then it constructs the evaluation indicator system of Shipbuildingindustrytechnical innovation model operational efficiency. It also proposes the C2R model oftechnical innovation model operational efficiency evaluation based on analyzing DEA basicprinciple.Finally, based on the above research, it chooses ten Shipbuilding enterprises to doempirical study of technical innovation model operational efficiency. By case analysis andtechnical innovation general situation, through data collection, it identifies life cycle phase often Shipbuilding enterprises to make sure the main technical innovation model. It evaluatestechnical innovation model and summarizes the empirical results according to Shipbuildingindustry technical innovation model operational efficiency evaluation indicator system andevaluation model. Itproposes practical and operable safeguard measures of shipbuildingenterprisetechnical innovation modelfrom government view, shipbuilding industry view andshipbuilding enterprise view in accordance with the results.
