China is now in the rapid development stage of urbanization.City clusters have been formed and are developing gradually.Comprehensive passenger transport network is changing.The characteristics of passenger transport demand are presented,including hierarchical,high volume,diversification and time attention.Facing the impact of urbanization,it is urgent to build a system of comprehensive passenger transport hub in city cluster(CPTHCC),which is "demand oriented,clearly hierarchical,overall coordinated,reasonably structural".Thus,the development of urbanization can be guided and the passenger transport demand in city cluster under the background of the urbanization can be better met.Meanwhile,the upper planning guidance for urban comprehensive passenger transport hub location can be provided.However,there are few comprehensive passenger transport hub location at the city cluster level.The hierarchical location theory is lacking.CPTHCC location and city cluster development are uncoordinated.Urban passenger transport organization mode is unreasonable.Different levels of hubs are not overall located.Hub construction schedule is not clear,and so on.Therefore,CPTHCC hierarchical location problem under the background of urbanization is studied in this thesis,in order to provide theoretical reference for CPTHCC location problem.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The relevant theory of CPTHCC hierarchical location under urbanization background is presented.The relationship between urbanization development and CPTHCC location is analyzed.The requirement of comprehensive passenger transport development situation to CPTHCC location is clarified.The content framework and significance of CPTHCC hierarchical location under urbanization background are illuminated.The idea of hierarchical location for CPTHCC under urbanization background is proposed,including the division of passenger transport demand and CPTHCC hierarchy,the passenger transport organization mode and hub hierarchical location mode.The location process of CPTHCC under urbanization background is introduced.(2)The short-term period CPTHCC hierarchical location problem is studied.Based on chapter 2,combined with the requirement of urbanization development to CPTHCC location and the hierarchical characteristics of CPTHCC and the corresponding service function,multi-flow and nested hierarchical facility location model is used.CPTHCC hierarchical location basic model is proposed.Software CPLEX is used for exactly solving the model and an improved immune clone algorithm is designed.The 30 nodes and 81 nodes examples verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.(3)The multi-period CPTHCC hierarchical location problem is studied.Based on the model in chapter 3,considering the characteristics of the regional spatial structure,integrated passenger transport network in urbanization process and the changing passenger demand in different periods,the period attribute of the related parameters and variables is joined to build a multi-period model.Software CPLEX is used for exactly solving the model and an improved immune clone algorithm is designed.The 30 nodes and 81 nodes examples verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.(4)Multi-period CPTHCC hierarchical location problem under uncertainty is studied.Based on the model in chapter 4,comprehensive passenger transport demand in city cluster and the uncertainty of maximum hub service capacity in the urbanization process are considered,as well as the hub minimum service standard.Thus,multi-period CPTHCC hierarchical location model is built.Fuzzy planning theory is applied to transform the fuzzy objective function and fuzzy constraints into clear equivalence equations and a linear programming model is formed eventually.Software CPLEX is used for exactly solving the model and an improved immune clone algorithm is designed.The 30 nodes and 81 nodes examples verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.(5)The empirical study of CPTHCC is carried out.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster is taken as an example,the results are calculated by the models built in chapter 3,4,and 5 respectively,combining with the city cluster development plan and relevant data.Moreover,the effectiveness of the hierarchical location method is analyzed.
