It is a priority to develop public transportation in large cities of many countries. It has also become the most effective way to migitate traffic congestion and protect environment. Public transport facilities apart from bus stops, for example, bus garage and hubs play important roles in urban public transport network and make sure the realization of the transport function. At present, most of the buses park by the road because the bus stations are situated at the end of the line, which can easily result in bad traffice, increasing the vehicle depreciation, affecting the appearance of the city. Parts of the buses park in the temporary locations, which may be occupied at anytime. Urban transfer hubs develop slowly with forming the bottle neck section, which cannot meet the demand of passenger travel. Failed to effective transfer, passengers have to increase transfer times to achieve destination, which lead to low travel efficiency, low straight-line travel and high travel cost, of building a small number of construction slow, is not conducive to the transfer between the city, intercity bus way, can not meet the demand for passenger travel, an increase of the number of transfer passengers, reducing the direct rate of travel.Based on these problems, this article focuses on facility location of urben public transport. The material tasks are as follows:Firstly, the related theory and location method:the location of the base model and midfield station and the hub site of the city’s public transport system from the site classification and site model on the domestic and foreign-related research conducted in-depthanalysis, the thesis and on this basis, a clear research objectives, contents, methods and ideasSecondly, this article analyzes the key infulential indicators of the station site, and makes sure the site selection index system, then uses fuzzy soft set to evaluate, select a few of reasonable candidate sites.On this basis, comprehensive consider bus running cost and land value-added cost to establish the location model to get the best bus station site.Thirdly, this article analyzes the characteristics of transfer hub, use of improved Logit model to predict the travel behaviors of residents, regards traffic impedance as a factor to hub location. On this basis, the article proposes that we should minimize the total travel time from the traveler level, and from the manager level we should consider to minimize the costs of transportation and construction, and then integrate the two levels as the only goal to create hub location model.Finally, using Hunnan new district of Shenyang as background, accecpt the bus status information and related data, use the bus station location method and the hub location model to determine the best site in Hunnan, and verify the feasibility of the two location methods.
