The trend of regional integration is becoming more and more obvious with the optimization of national space strategy layout and the continuous advance of urbanization strategy.As a region with a high level of national or regional urbanization,urban agglomeration has increasingly frequent internal and external exchanges,sharp growth of passenger flow and increasingly diversified passenger demand,which puts forward higher requirements for comprehensive passenger transport service level and service quality.At the same time,the unreasonable layout of integrated passenger transport hubs in urban agglomerations and the incoordination with the development of urban agglomerations are becoming increasingly obvious.They are increasingly unable to meet the travel needs of passengers,which has seriously affected the development of urban agglomerations.Therefore,the overall planning of integrated passenger transport hubs in urban agglomerations from the perspective of stratification can meet the increasing and diversified passenger transport needs,which is of great practical research significance.This paper divides the passenger transport needs of urban agglomerations into different levels,which is to meet the travel service needs of passengers as far as possible.According to the relationship between the passenger flow organization mode of different levels of passenger demand and the level of comprehensive passenger transport hub,a hierarchical layout model of comprehensive passenger transport hub suitable for urban agglomeration development is constructed.This paper starts from the perspective of macro-layout planning of urban agglomeration comprehensive passenger transport hub.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper divides passenger demand into different levels based on passenger demand stratification,and passenger demand is hierarchical in terms of travel space distance through the analysis of passenger demand in urban agglomeration.According to the existing layering pattern of hubs,the layering pattern of integrated passenger transport hubs in urban agglomeration is determined.(2)Combined with the modeling idea of hierarchical model,the basic model of hierarchical layout of comprehensive passenger transport hub suitable for urban agglomeration development is constructed by minimizing passenger travel time and transportation cost as the objective function.According to the characteristics of the model,a hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is designed.(3)In this paper,the hierarchical layout model of integrated passenger transport hubs in urban agglomerations is improved considering the uncertainty of passenger demand.Based on fuzzy rough set theory,this paper uses fuzzy measure ME to perform fuzzy processing on the objective function and constraint conditions.Thus,a hierarchical layout model of urban agglomeration comprehensive passenger transport hub with expected goals and opportunity constraints is constructed.At the same time,the layered layout model is converted into two equivalent approximate models for the convenience of solving,and the hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is improved.(4)This paper verifies the stratified layout of comprehensive passenger transport hubs in central Dianzhong city cluster.Firstly,the fuzzy clustering method is used to classify the 48 regions of the central Dianzhong city cluster.Then,CPLEX software and hybrid simulated annealing algorithm are used to analyze the basic model of layered layout of integrated passenger transport hubs in urban agglomerations,and the effectiveness of hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is verified.Secondly,simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the hierarchical layout model of integrated passenger transport hubs in urban agglomerations with expected goals and opportunity constraints.Finally,the solution results of the model with expected objectives and opportunity constraints are compared with the solution results of the basic model,and it is verified that the solution results of the model considering the demand uncertainty factors are more consistent with the actual situation,which has more guiding significance for the hierarchical layout of the integrated passenger transport hub of urban agglomeration.This dissertation includes 27 figures,26 tables and 79 references.
