The Comparative Analysis And Case Study On The New Green Building Rating Systems Between China And United States

At present,environmental problems led to ever-growing worldwide environmental concerns.Therein,the problem of sustainable development of city and architecture is especially important.How to make green building perceived,quantifiable and operable? To achieve this goal,all countries have been concentrated research and development on the green building evaluation system suitable for their local buildings,Furthermore,Some countries have released international version of green building assessment system.At present,LEED? is one of the most populated green building certification system in the international marketing.This paper has done the research on the latest version of China Assessment Standard for Green Building and LEED Rating System of United States,to summarize the development course and the latest dynamic of green building certification in our country,and the differences between old and new versions.Meanwhile,this paper has also done the research on the dual certification through the actual project case study.Moreover,this paper also will analysis the WELL Building Standard?,a new building evaluation system of United States,to prospect the future development trend of the green building certification system.Firstly,this paper has done the comparative analysis on the development and version update of green building evaluation system of China and the United States respectively,to summarize the key changes of the new and old version of these two kinds of green building certification system,which can provide reference for the future projects that will be implemented in accordance with the new version of certification system.Secondly,this paper has summarized the differences and similarities through the comparison and analysis on the new green building evaluation systems of China and United States,which can provide reference for the future projects that will pursue dual certification in accordance with the new version of certification systems.Finally,this paper has analyzed the characteristics and difference of the dual certification projects in different climate zones through the analysis of two actual project cases,and used the LEED v4 version for certification by experiments,to verify the conclusions generate from previous analysis in the actual project application.This paper is aimed at providing experiences and references from application point of view for the future green building certification programs,especially for the projects that apply for dual certification program.
